Olga is a legend. It has taken me 42 years to find someone I am completely confident in and trust with my hair. She is a true artist with scissors and for the first time in my life I am not scared or nervous to get my hair cut. Fact is, she cares. She cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. And that shows. From the moment I put my hair in her hands, from the epic hair wash head massage to the cut and style, it's 5 star service and 10/10 quality. I've never been happier with my hair and now, I don't even need to ask/tell her what I want or need. I walk through the door and say "Olga, have fun!" For someone who grew up dreading haircuts, its a whole new world when you find "the one"....

I had an amazing experience throughout the whole process from before the appointment to after. Karley was incredible - I've never had a stylist care so much about aligning her plan with my goals, even actively collaborating with me during the application. Attention to detail is important to me and is so hard to find, which makes me nervous about trusting someone with my hair.

In addition, I approached her with a challenge - lightening/toning black girl hair. She took the time to listen and understand how to best manage it, and executed it well. I'm over the moon with my results, its exactly the inspo photos!! Love love love, 10/10...

It is the third time that Sergio has done my haircut and I always leave very happy with the result, I have been in Vancouver for 8 years and I have been to many aesthetics, even the most expensive ones, and I have never felt so happy with the result. Sergio did my makeup for my wedding and he did an excellent job too. I live in North Delta and I am not worried about going to North Vancouver for my haircut, because I know it will have a good result and I will leave happy, I highly recommend...
