Ordered a medium pizza, wings and a lava cake tonight for delivery. Waited for over an hour. The place is a 7 minute drive away. Currently trying to get a hold of the store for an update... 10th minute of being on hold. Horrible...
UPDATE. After waiting an hour and a half, not able to get through to the store for 20 mins on hold I drove there to hopefully get my pizza. I see two employees sitting down in the back. I ask why the phones weren't being answered. His response was "we're really busy" which wasn't accurate, a refund was offered. My pizza wasn't at the store and I was told it had gone out 20 mins ago with a driver. The employee said to go home and call if he wasn't there. I go back home expecting the driver to be there, again it's a 5-7 min drive, not there. I try calling the store again, another 15 minutes on hold but the driver arrives. A nice gentleman, a subcontracted driver. He tells me he can't offer a free pizza as the store employee told me because he will be charged. So he tries to call the store to verify... no answer again. Eventually the manager had to be called on his personal line to get the okay. The order was placed at 7:35 p.m. and I didn't get the pizza until 9:15 p.m - if I could have reached the store for an update this wouldn't have been an issue.
As a former Domino's employee and driver of several years this kind of service is unacceptable. It reflects poorly not only on this store's owner but on the Domino's...
Read moreNever again. I have ordered from this place a lot in the past year but I will never do so again.
Ordered online. Was told 9 to 19 minutes. I don't mind waiting longer too. Whatever works. I go in after 16 minutes.... And they are all on the phone taking orders. That's fine. I'll wait. But they kept hanging up after taking an order then taking another and another and another phone call. Refused to help me when I was standing a foot away. After a while...someone asks pick up. I said yes and they said it's just coming out of the oven now. Cool. At this point nobody is busy so I'd assume they would take my payment. 10 minutes later someone else asks me if I'm waiting and I said yes...to Pay... And they said just wait. At this point the guy behind me is fuming because he can see his pizzas are ready and asks the guy working there to just pass them to him so he can go. Eventually he tells them... To cancel the order. Way to go dominos... If you just handed him the pizza... You would of gotten your money but you made him wait forever for no reason. I finally leave eventually and I take my pizza... Guy pulls up the tip option on the debit... Are you kidding me? You ignored me, gave me sass and made me wait x3 as long and still asked for a tip.
Worst part. I couldn't tell if my pizza had no cheese on it or if it was somewhere in the BURNT mess. And I don't mean overcooked... I mean charred burnt....
Read moreThis location is probably one of the first when it comes to customer service. When I got in there was only one person in front of me that was paying. Once they got their pizza I moved up and the employee walked away and started doing something else. I stood there for at least 7/8 minutes while no one even acknowledged me. A guy came in a few minutes later and stood next to me, and after about 10 seconds the employees asked him what he had ordered and handed him his pizza and he paid. Only after this did they notice me and ask what I had ordered. Turns out my pizza had been ready since before I even got there. I don’t expect to be treated like the queen of England but some kind of acknowledgment would have been appreciated. It also didn’t help that I was super hangry, but still. I worked retail for a long time and the bare minimum should be just to acknowledge people, no matter how busy it is. (The pizza was also cut super unevenly but I don’t wanna be that person to complain that one of their slices is smaller than another, because that’s not why I gave them 1 star. The 1 star is based strictly on the...
