McDonald's — Restaurant in Oakville

March 28/2023 at 2:45 frequent Walmart and have eaten at Walmart after shopping. Today the app has offers fur pick up the app doesn’t tell you that this breakfast offer is not all day. Suggested to try to order a different sandwich. The clerk tried to put through as a meal deal alit more than a breakfast sandwich. Then the clerk that came to help the other clerk was posses off that I didn’t let him use my phone to regenerate a new offer code as the old one was for the breakfast. I would have let him use my phone if he asked instead of trying to take it from me to change it. Remember ‘note to McDonalds employees’, this is my personal property your touching……I had to disinfect it because both clerks touching it trying to see what offers were available on my phone were trying to change it to the next high repriced offer….. . Don’t they know what the offers are for their location……I decided to have a coffee instead……Then as I was finishing my cup of coffee that tasted ok, I noticed something had landed on my shoulder. I brushed it off and could see it was some kind of flying insect…..I picked up the bug, it was still alive and put it in my empty cup to show the manager. The Manager acted like I was trying to get a free meal…..no response Not even I am very sorry sir!….Absolutely a blank expression… . For Health and Saftey I won’t be eating at this location again…. Shopping at Walmart? well were are the bugs...

Well I guess 3 times is the charm for the 235 Hays Blvd location to not give Skip the Dishes my full order. I ordered 2 Hash brown, 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin, 2 Baked Apple pies, 1 Orange Juice, Chocolate milk, and a medium coffee. What got dropped off was coffee, chocolate milk and the orange juice. So I called to notify the store, mentioned the missing food and was told "Oh yeah we forgot to give the driver the second bag", also nice to hear laughter in the background. Was asked how far away I live and I said I am across the street but there is a reason I ordered the food for delivery. Went to get my food and the young girl said, "here's your food" so of course it's cold now. I asked if I get some kind of compensation for having to drive here and get my order plus this is the third time it's happened. Maybe a coupon for a free meal or a muffin or something. Girl went to the back for a minute comes back with a pen and paper and says the safe is locked where the coupons are so she has nothing to offer. I said forget it and left before she told me about the pen and paper. This was very very inconvenient, people at this location need to wake up, but then again this is 2023 and we don't have the most awake youth...

The manager is HORRIBLE!!!!! I watched him make a little child upset. Poor kid only wanted a toy and his dad was pleading that they give him the toy ( the one that comes with the happy meal) before the meal gets ready to calm the child. The manager refused and when the dad asked why and asked if they were afraid he would steal it, he replied "yes" . The man then mentioned he was disappointed that he was that badly behaved even as a manager. He went ahead to toss my food on the table before I got to him and walked away without a word. His poor customer service skills is baffling and I am pretty sure people only go to that branch because it is located right inside walmart. The burger was horrible,...
