Today we tried the Mucho Burrito at Dundas/Trafalgar in Oakville. I placed our order online and chose the curbside pickup option. It asks for your vehicle details including your license plate number. We waited for our order, which was supposed to be ready at about 1:50pm. About ten minutes after that time, I called to inquire about the status of our order. The phone was rudely answered with just a "Hello", no indication that I had reached the restaurant. I asked if this was Mucho Burrito. The reply "Yeah". I explained that we had placed an order for curbside pickup and the young man told me "it's ready." I asked if it was being brought out as it was ordered for curbside pickup. The young man said that they don't get that information on the receipt?? He then brought it out after asking which vehicle we were in. The food was ice cold and had clearly been sitting for some time. Definitely disappointed about the customer service and cold food after spending $49.61 plus tip on lunch. I am attaching a photo of the receipt (personal details blocked out) which clearly shows the vehicle information is provided on the receipt. Sadly it was an overall disappointing experience.
*Update- I have emailed the store twice since they responded to my review. I have not received a response. I'm incredibly disappointed. I emailed them on November 19 and November 27. We are now into December without a response. I think this just adds to how highly unprofessional this location is. They act like they want to correct their errors but then don't actually follow through. Sad.

Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars. We went at 430 pm today and had terrible service the worker was a man with AirPods in the whole time he served us and was so rude and disrespectful. My fiancé went to the washroom and when he was coming out the door swung open and was a little loud and the worker left behind the counter and came up to us saying “ oh what did you do in the washroom” and my fiancé explained what happend and he said oh don’t worry I have you on camera. When we didn’t even do anything.. camera for what? Using the washroom? And the door opening to fast? Regardless it is illegal to have a camera in the washroom so saying that was wrong regardless but we did nothing wrong except order food. Not to mention everything we tried to order he said they didn’t have ( 4pm on a Sunday) he said he couldn’t do a quesadilla or anything. Read moreThis chain offers many options for those who are vegan. Although there was a lot of confusion surrounding the new veggie option on whether it contained honey or not. When I have asked I someti.es get the answer, that yes it does have honey, and others will say that it is in fact agave. So I am not sure and have chosen to avoid it. Because of this it would be nice if options were clearly labeled as vegan or not. Places like Panago have done this for example.
Otherwise, consistency is great, and staff is also great. Some burrito places rush too fast to get orders out and I have had issues with contamination with dairy ingredients. So if you are lactose or vegan mucho is a decent place to go. It would be nice if there was more information on ingredients.
