I visit your Tim Hortons at Oakville Place food court often, and there’s always a lineup—not just because it’s busy, but because it’s seriously understaffed. Every time, I see the same two girls (Nav&Nancy) working like crazy to clear the line while dealing with frustrated customers, which isn’t their fault at all. Meanwhile, there was also a guy (Kyle) working who had a weird attitude—no smile, no greeting, just completely disengaged. As someone who runs multiple businesses, I can confidently say this is a management issue, not a staffing issue. Expecting two people to handle rush hour on their own is unfair and unsustainable. I took the time to write this because this has become a regular problem, and in case management isn’t aware, you need to fix it—URGENTLY. Whether it’s a classic double-double or one of their seasonal specials, it’s always fresh and brewed just right. The service is usually fast, and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere can vary depending on the location, but overall it’s a comfortable spot to grab a coffee. I had the pleasure of being served by Renu during my recent visit to Tim Hortons, Not only did she make sure my coffee was just the way I like it, but she also took the time to engage with me, making the whole experience feel personal and pleasant. I want to take a moment to recognize @Navdeep and @Nency for their incredible dedication and hard work. Every time I visit, I see them handling a constant rush of customers with professionalism, friendliness, and humility. Despite being understaffed, they continue to provide excellent service, always greeting customers with a smile, even during the busiest hours.
It’s clear that they are doing their absolute best, but it’s also evident that they could use more support. I truly hope management takes notice and provides them with the resources they need to continue delivering great customer experiences without being overwhelmed....
