Ive tried this Tims quite a few times to see if it was a one time experince but now 3 times and wach has not been a great experience. The customer service is terrible (everyone looks like they hate their lives) and every order ive gotten there is wrong in some way. For example im a vegetarian and i asked for no bacon on my breakfast sandwich. I was running late so i didnt have a chance to open it right away. But as i was driving i could smell it. I ended up throwing it out cause i couldnt eat it. Another time i tried the Grilled cheese. The setting on the panini grill must have been set to nothing cause the cheese was just sitting on the bread and not even melted and was still cold. Read moreI have been coming to this Tim Horton's a few times each month for the past few years because it is close to where I work. I rarely use the drive thru and prefer walking into the restaurant because I want to save gas and help the environment. There is almost always a line up inside. I think it is disappointing that they have so many staff on drive thru and at most 2 people on store front. The full time employees are not usually that friendly, however, the part timers on the weekend are better. I can understand that the pay isn't great and it can be a stressful job, but a genuine smile goes a long way when it comes to customer service. I think the morale at this place isn't too high and management should try to make their staff happier, then it would be reflected in the service...
Read moreI order an ice coffee no sugar, I feel that is simple enough. I get my coffee, sugar is in it. Fine people make mistakes, I tell her hey sorry there's sugar in this can I get one without, takes it, brings it back same thing sugar in it. Ask again, I get it back for the third time and it taste like dirty water with some coffee sprinkled in it. No sugar this time though, threw it out. This time hortons has done this constantly to me. Quality has taken a super nose dive. Highly suggest not going here. They always mess some thing up. And while understand it minimum wage and customers aren't always the best.
