A&W Canada — Restaurant in Ontario

Terrible aweful place . Devonshire mall should be ashamed of itself for having this poor excuse of a restaurant in its food court. Charged me $20 for a teen burger and fries and a warm root beer. No ice. The burger cold and gross and dipping with grease and gross soggy veggies. This combo should of been $5 or less. No receipt. Can't call, cause their phone won't even ring. They stole that $20 off me for sure. How or why was that cheap nasty food priced at 20 bucks? Also Wanted 2 bucks for some sauce? Then I said forget it, can i have some ketchup then? And the girl tossed it on my burger like the ketchup packs were contaminated or something. Careless 0 customer service. Lol, go get a life or some training for god sakes. Sad. I'm Never returning. Don't waste your time or money. I literally feel sick writing this review from their food. NEVER...

When I rate food services, I normally rate local eateries. Though the customer service at the Devonshire Mall A&W location was impeccable all around! I’m visiting from BC and I haven’t seen this kind of service delivery in a very long time. We all know fast food servers don’t receive enough recognition nor a living wage.. I want to take this moment to recognize Naman Sharma! I’ve watched his customer service, handling situations and multiple orders.. I am extremely upset and frustrated because an employee shared my personal order details, including the receipt, with outside individuals without my permission. This has led to harassment from these external people. I ordered two vegetarian Beyond Meat burgers, but the employee falsely claimed I ordered chicken burgers. As a strict vegetarian who has never consumed meat, I have no idea what was actually served to me. This whole experience has caused me considerable mental distress, and I find the employees' behavior to be both rude and irresponsible. I am now enduring unnecessary harassment...
