I can’t say enough great things about New York Fries, not only is the food absolutely delicious , but the staff makes the experience unforgettable. Christine and Jess are incredible! They’re so kind, welcoming, and always go above and beyond every time I stop by to get my usual. Their customer service is top-notch, and they create such a warm, friendly environment that keeps me coming back. I work at the mall and they’re the only place that has such great consistency with their food, every time I order my food comes out perfect. Now I use the points since I’m here so often.

If you’re looking for amazing fries and even better hospitality, this is the place to be. Huge shoutout to Christine and Jess for making every visit feel special you two...

I’m a Canadian beaver who spends her summers paddling through Lake St. Clair and winters shredding the slopes at Horseshoe Valley. And in between? You’ll find me diving face-first into a steamy, cheese-drenched pile of New York Fries at Devonshire Mall.

They’re everything, crispy, salty, hot, and absolutely worth it. Yeah, they make me a little gassy. But guess what? This mama can’t hold ‘em and frankly, won’t. The real question is: can you handle it?

This is my go-to for a bacon double cheese poutine. The staff always greet me with a smile. The ladies that served my family today (Kortney, Kylie, Christine, and Lisa) were just awesome! We had 5 kids with us today at the mall. My patience was running thin when we decided to stop back-to-school shopping for a dinner break. We ordered 5 poutines and 6 drinks. They got us served quickly without sacrificing the New York Fries quality! We were sitting down to eat within minutes of ordering. I honestly thought it would take longer. Not only was it quick BUT our entire order was correct. They were very nice and polite. We hope to visit again soon!...
