This is the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience at this store. Despite arriving well within business hours, I was denied service 30 minutes before the official closing time. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional for a business to turn away customers while still being open. If the staff isn’t willing to serve customers up until closing, then the store hours should be updated to reflect that.
