Hurry Curry: A Hidden Gem in Devonshire Mall Hurry Curry at Devonshire Mall in Windsor has truly surprised us with its delicious Indian cuisine. We were initially skeptical about finding authentic Indian flavors in a mall food court, but this place has definitely changed our minds. One of the things we loved about Hurry Curry was their generous sampling policy. Before ordering, we were able to taste a variety of curries to find the perfect flavor profile for our preferences. This was a great way to ensure we ordered something we would truly enjoy. We tried a variety of dishes, including Chole Bhature, Garlic Naan with Paneer Tikka, rice with coconut chicken curry, and samosas. Every item we ordered was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, and the portions were generous. What truly impressed us was the speed of service. Despite the busy food court, our food arrived promptly, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of food we received. If you're looking for a delicious and affordable Indian meal in Windsor, Hurry Curry is a must-try. We highly recommend...
Read moreAn awesome Indian Food Alternative in Windsor, Ontario that is good food, and value for money. I dont know where to start - still licking my fingers from the yummy food we saw, chose and ate last night. No after-effects other than a pleasant longing to go back (which will have to wait until Friday night - Sigh!) We bought food for 2 adults and 2 children which consisted of 1 Chana-Bhatura (Chick Pea gravy with 2 fried puri-breads), 1 goat curry with rice, 1 butter chicken with rice and 4 naan-breads separately. I am a vegetarian and seeing the rest of the family lick their fingers made me rethink the palak paneer (spinach-cottage cheese gravy) that I should have bought. A normal outing costs us an average of $70 no matter where we end up going to - in Windsor. This cost us $55 and change so it was definitely value for money - we still had some leftovers. Not much - but still enough for the dog (if there was one). Will be going back and taking pics this time. (Last time was in a few short minutes. Will report back on the...
Read moreWas thrilled to stop by my favourite Indian fast food place- today i was disappointed. I haven’t eaten at this location in about a year. Boy their quality has dropped 100%. Picked up a Butter Chicken to go, very generous with the meat and rice, i was soo happy! Until i took my first bite. A year or so ago, it was all white meat , moist & delicious. This time far from that. All it was small pieces of dried dark meat, chicken skin and gristle . I am sooo sad to sit at home and eat the watery delicious rice, with one a sliver of dried dark meat i can barely chew. I picked out the skin and gristle. Currently eating just sauced rice, it’s nasty. So sad, this sucks. Guess the quality is failing just like the rest of the current times we live in. Not returning, unfortunately, must have new owners , new cooks or possibly a tighter budget for supplies. This is no excuse for lack of quality. Will always remember how delicious your food...
