The food from Thai express is great, the customer service though is another thing. The manager of Thai mall restaurant continues to leave me unimpressed and overwhelmed by his lack of professionalism... and general kindness. Having worked in customer service for the last decade I am well rehearsed in proper customer service etiquette, this man does not possess even the basics. Having excused his poor ability to “tolerate” communicating with me, a paying customer, for the last few visits I made to his place of employment because the food was actually quite good, today was enough. I will not be back. I had a great experience at Thai Express in Windsor. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu, and it was perfectly balanced,sweet, tangy, and spicy just the way I like it. The portion size was generous for the price.
