A-One Asian Buffet — Restaurant in Ontario

I got a Combo 4 - Spring roll, Spicy Chicken, Spicy Shrimp and Veggies, and Fried Rice. I had high hopes for the place, as 3 Uber Eats Delivery persons came through while I was waiting to order. I hate to say this, but it was the WORST chinese food I have ever had. Literally the second worst meal I have had in my life, second only to none seasoned tacos a friend of mine served one time. The batter on the chicken was soo soggy and mushy, I could NOT eat it. And that is saying a lot because I will eat almost anything, respectfully (I even ate the dang tacos!) The rice was mushy, I didn't think a restaraunt could mess rice up that badly. I forced down what I could because I paid $17 for my "meal" and drink and it wasn't worth the gas to drive back, and since they can't understand you (I'm not judging them for not knowing English), I knew it wouldn't be worth the argument. I don't know what kind of palate Y'all have giving them 5 stars....

I’ve ordered from here multiple times. I always say no meat no fish please on my order. Once I had shrimp, when I called they fixed it immediately. I ordered again today and I said no meat no fish on my order and when I got it, there was shrimp on it. I called to let them know and got yelled at from whoever answered the phone. She then handed the phone off to I assume the manager that continued yelling at me that I said no meat no fish so that’s why he put shrimp on it. I informed him shrimp is meat and I said not to. He continued to yell over me, told me I couldn’t speak English (it’s my first and only language lol) and I need to google. In informed him I speak English perfectly fine and that my instructions were pretty clear; that his lack of English is what made this confusion a mess. Never ordering from here again. Sorry to say but, this is thee WORST place to get Chinese food from. I ordered from here last night. It is not good food, very little taste, their sweet and sour sauce tastes like no other sweet and sour sauce I have ever tried. Not in a good way. There’s something wrong with it. Every other place I go to the sweet and sour sauce ALWAYS tastes the same. Don’t know if theirs was bad or what? But, it was disgusting so was the beef and broccoli, and the chicken fried rice. Wish I read the reviews before ordering!! How is this place still freaking operating?! It’s disgusting and nasty! If I could give a ZERO -0000 rating I WOULD!!!
