Today I ordered a Turkey Ruben Sandwich through drive through. This is the sandwich my fiancé orders all the time. I got the order to know that it was a smoked meat Ruben Sandwich when I asked for turkey. I bring it back to get the sandwich I ordered. Manager got defensive and didn’t acknowledge their mistake. We always come here and order the same thing. Why couldn’t they clarify to me that it is possible to get a Turkey Ruben sandwich instead she said, “we heard Ruben only” okay if you heard Ruben then why can’t you clarify the order to double check with the customer this shows they lack communication. Customers needs are not being met. Unprofessional and horrible customer service. Needs improvement on food knowledge and customer service. We will not be coming...

Offensive staff, the staff uses alot of profanity and are loud and obnoxious. The place needs a good deep cleaning. The level of hygiene in the bathroom, under the tables, window and walls is laughable. There is alot of focus on keeping the kitchen clean thankfully. The same stardards are not applied to the dining room.

The staff thinks its ok to eat the food to see if its still good to serve. They drop your bag on the ground and will still useit to bag your food.

They eat and dont wash their hands before serving customers

Karen the manager is rude to customer sand doesnt maintain a standard of proffessionalism when dealing with irrate customers.

My truck broke down in their drive thru right after placing my large order for 4 people. The manager Paula came out and flagged down a group of guys coming in for their lunch and they willingly helped push me out of the drive thru and into a parking spot. While waiting for a tow truck they offered to keep my food warm for me. It took close to an hour for the tow truck to come, so when I went in to get my food they ended up remaking it all fresh right on the spot! Not only that, Paula the manager picked up the tab and paid for the entire order. They made a horrible day, so much better with their kindness!
