We went to this location on june 30 and ordered two med coffees 4 timbits one begal with lettuce hash brown toasted with butter , one artisian style bun with lett tom hashbrown and cheese. We have had worse service from Indian girl at sandwich bar she was supervisor i think. Firstly they did not add espresso in coffee when we asked they said sorry forgot it. Coffee was expired we could see the red light on pots. Then front like person forgot to give donut and timbits as well. We wait on side for almost 5-7 min just for bake goods and coffee. Then comes begal bar girl she gave us food and when we opned there was only one hashbrown on side when we asked on sandwich. We asked why there is no hash brown on the begal when we specifically asked on sandwichs. She printed our order and said you were not charged. Question is when we asked for it why front order taker did not add it. We can understand things happen and mistakes can be made too. How ever she started argument with us. We even offered that we can pay dollar or whatever for that hasbrown she refused and said we have to go in line and pay for it. like for what reason we have to wait again in line where 6-7 people are already there and waste our time just to get our order made right. Thats not was our problem or mistake that front line did not take our order right. Why do we have to suffer this all wait times when its first meal of our day and this is how customer service looks like in that popular tim horton. Like seriously she sounded like so angry and asked us to go back in line aggressively. All we want was just our meals made right.

Read moreCame in after being nearly run off the road getting into the parking lot. Damaging my rim. So that was already annoying. But initially everything was fine. The first clerk was attentive, wanting to take my order even though I was in the middle of something typing on my phone so it was actually distracting and there was nobody behind me so maybe it was actually rude. However I ended up deciding to order through the app instead and requested DINE IN with NOW for order production. It says they are supposed to call my name when the order is complete. It never happened. Waited probably 10 minutes without acknowledgement. They didn’t even really confirm what was in the order, I had to tell them everything. In sum and substance, the order was completely forgotten. The woman (a manager it appeared, in a dark grey polo) who made the two farmer’s wraps even confused the order of a man who had just come up to order a bagel at the counter with me and my online order. The place was dead. There was no confusion. When I first arrived there were no cars in the parking lot, I saw nothing in the drive thru and money inside. What’s actually going on here? In life people hardly get recognized for the good they do and are known for the bad and today was a bad day for Tim Hortons. I politely asked for less ice in my thirst quencher and I was obliged, as I was handed my drink on the tray the cup was 3/4 full and I requested the cup be filled to the brim for my satisfaction I was sternly told that the manager requested it be that way, so I replied fill it to the top or I would like a refund so all they did was put more ice in it. People make custom requests all the time and if Im not important enough to leave satisfied and saving a few cents for the company is then You might as well slap me in the face. I spend hundreds a year at this establishment and I can’t be fancied even once?
