I would say this more of a reflection of ownership. I ordered online for pickup, which said would be 25 minutes. I showed up after 25 minutes, since there was only 1 person working during dinner time, it was not even started yet. The 1 person working was very flustered as a couple more people came in after me, and they had wait a long time. Since he was so flustered, my order has numerous mistakes, like no fish in first burrito. After I pointed that out, he said he will put it on the side, which defeats the purpose. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Order a pulled pork bowl, and on my first bite I choked on a gigantic piece of plastic. I called and asked for their owners email address so I could let them know because of how unsafe this is, and the employee told me the owner has no contact info, you can’t reach them, I have two options either money back or new bowl. I recently visited BarBurrito, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I stepped in, Neev greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm.
