Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

We were looking forward to a Pizza Pizza opening in this end of the city. Unfortunately both the food and the customer service were terrible. There are many pizza places to order from, but we choose Pizza Pizza because we like their wings the best. Tonight our wings came overcooked with no sauce (despite ordering tossed in sauce). No sauce was included on the side either. My husband’s pizza was also burnt. We called the restaurant and they refused to send the proper order of wings and refused us a refund. We were told they could only send an order of sauce out to us “at some point”. We eventually spoke to a manager that agreed to send the proper order if we sent back the burnt wings. UPDATE: IN RESPONSE TO YOUR COMEBACK ABOUT VERY POOR FOOD AND SERVICE. YOU STATE " ONCE AGAIN" AS IF I WAS COMPLAINING ALL THE TIME. THIS WAS MY FIRST. YOUR TALL, BALD DRIVER IS VERY RUDE AND LIKES TO INSULT CUSTOMERS. IT'S HAPPENED ALMOST EVERY TIME. OTHER DRIVERS ARE GOOD. FOOD SUCKS. ORDERED CANADIAN PIZZA AS I USUALLY DO. I pick up at the Wonderland location on a regular basis and have tried many pizza flavours- today was some chicken bites and the Mushroom Sausage Melt pizza. Could not wait to take a slice when I was taking this picture - delicious! Notice the lack of grease on the box and the abundance of ingredients. Every order has been perfection with generous ingredients and great value for your money. They are a step above the majority of pizza restaurants in the city!...
