barBURRITO — Restaurant in Ontario

This review is not for food but service. Food quality is still great. But I had a really terrible experience with service today at this location. I ordered a burrito on their app and found out in couple of mins that the same thing in uber eats is Buy 1 Get 1 free. I instantly called the store and mentioned the issue, the owner first said they can't cancel the order even though they hadn't started making it but then said it'll take 4-5 business days to get that refund. I placed the order in the store with him through uber eats for which I was charged the full amount for 2 burritos and bogo as mentioned.

Overall, I paid 3 times the money of what I should have paid for. And the worst part is the willingness of the business owner to resolve the issue than anything else. Had a bad experience which I didn't need to have. Just an FYI.. food is still great quality.

-- Older review -- We go to this location regularly because we always get good service. Their toppings are fresh and the quality of food is good. Bought couple of bowls yesterday and found out the quantity in the bowl was alteast 25-30% less than usual. Maybe it's just the new staff and the training issue, so will give them benefit of doubt this time and try them again soon. Not sure if the quantity has reduced in general or was...

BarBURRITO is a franchise and this location is placed in a major strip mall in Northwest London. Parking is ample in this corner of the plaza and it sits next to a takeout place and so positions itself as a prime dine-in for the corner it occupies.

The restaurant is small and can host up to 4-5 small parties of 2. The inside is well lit and presents a food atmosphere for a quick bite.

The standout is the food. The tacos are amazing, especially the shrimp ones I had. This location doesn't have ghost chili pepper and it seems like corporate has phased out the hard shell tacos. The chips are special and go very well with the salsa provided in the combo. They also have a unique pop: Jarritos. Strongly recommend trying it.

The only knock is that pricing is a bit high for fast food. Otherwise, the place is not too busy even during lunch/dinner.

Technically this review should be a 4.5 but I have to say that service matters and so it got a bump.

Wow, My Beef Burrito was so Amazingly delicious, The flavor was delicious, This place has a new happy Customer; A family member of mine recommended this place to me, I'm just disappointed in myself for not coming sooner. I had a regular size with toppings of my choice and one recommendation from the fella that created it for me, Honestly this was the best I have ever tasted. I'm gonna try the fish burrito next, I can't wait. I was on my way to work and thought I'd give it a try. Everything was fresh, the service was so good and he was so helpful, such a kind Gentleman. I'm sure he will remember me because I told him that this was my first Burrito since 2009, He said I wouldn't be disappointed and he was right, because I loved it.
