Placed an order online through their app (month or so ago now) as I had done dozens of times before. Noticed that it was approaching 90 mins so I calles the store, only to find out it hadnt left yet and wasn't leaving for a few more minutes. With three young hungry kids at home I politely asked for the order to be cancelled and my credit card refunded
I was then out through to manager (maybe his name was Brian) did a good job of trying to convince me to keep the order but my wife had already stated an alternative for the kids Brian then proceeded to tell me that I should not expect fast service as I am outside of their immediate area (news to me, no indication of delivery boundaries on the app, my location brought up his store)
I declined and Brian said fine, if you want to be that way I'll refund you, but you're banned. I was shocked. 90+ mins for a pizza and then being banned for asking for a refund?
Not sure what the world is coming to now and why people are so hard to deal with. Who would want a pizza 2 hrs after they ordered it?
Anyhow, sure enough I've been banned. Oh and I was never refunded. Tried to call and they brushed it off. $97 gone because I asked for a refund.
I hope others read this and buy with caution Maybe Brian was having a day, maybe his cat was sick. Either way I worked in the service industry for 15 years. I would have been fired if Id ever had talked to a customer that way And this person is the manager?
Paying customers have an expectation based upon quoted time-frames. It is not unreasonable to decline service if those stated time frames...

Steve understands that not everyone knows the menu off heart, when i asked a few questions replies were cold and not helpful at all. When i was reading the menu i was asked more than once what i wanted; he did not understand the reason for reading the menu. Than i just gave my order from being rushed, while i waited for the pizza i read more into the menu and realized what other options i could of ordered. Very very unpleasant experience, very unfortunate.

Since this store open I always buy pizza and wings and never had any issues and today I got boneless instead of traditional so I call the store to let them know I received wrong order and no one picks up. I went to the restaurant to correct my order and the girl was very rude and rolling here eyes.
