What a way to ruin Mother’s Day for my family! We had a great Mother’s Day week end and to sum up the day decided to visit this outlet to get ice cream. The lady worked at the till took our order and one ice cream was not the flavour that we ordered. When my wife pointed this out in a friendly tone, she threw the cone in front of all the customers and rushed to the back of the store. While doing this she said something secretly to her coworker which made us more uncomfortable. How ever she came back after a while with a bunch of new cones and corrected her mistake. We felt rather uncomfortable as the store was so busy at the time and decided to go back to the car and eat our ice creams. Our 5 year old daughter came out of the store with tears in her eyes as she was planning to have her ice cream sitting...

Wow I have never been so disappointed in an icecream shop.... you have one job to scoop icecream and they couldn't figure that out!! We went there specifically for the stranger things themed icecream when we got there it wasnt on the menu because it was going to be over in a couple of weeks... 🤔 but not over.... soooo I'm confused... they said they would still make us some and when they did they charged us for 5 when we only got 3 we discussed with the child working and he was too confused to understand then proceeded to attempt to make ice cream no gloves did not wash his hands. I love Baskins Robbins and have been going to this location regularly for years. Today when I ordered my usual 1 scoop sundae I was absolutely shocked at the extremely small portion size of ice cream and miniature amount of sauce and whipped cream that came with it. Definitely not what I normally received. When I inquired about the size, I was told by the employee (in a rude and disrespectful tone) that the sundaes are "kid size". This was definitely news to me as they had always been full size scoops before and the price had not changed to reflect a much much smaller size.
