Don’t come here unless you don’t mind your drinks being contaminated.
To begin with my experience here, I entered the store and the store staff referred me to the kiosk to order! Like I’m not sure about you but since the pandemic ended I really look forward to face to face interactions. Secondly, when I could not figure the kiosk out, I gave up and went to the counter. The female worker then informed me that their super size cups were unavailable which to a certain degree is fine as they can’t do anything about it. After I ordered my drinks, I observed the female worker making another drink and after she was done making it. She used a spoon to take some of the drink out of the cup and then put that spoon in her mouth. This was disgusting as I thought how unsanitary it was. Thirdly, I received my drinks after watching the female use the same shaker that she used to make prior drinks without washing it. Mind you I have a lactose intolerance (this will be relevant soon). Lastly, when I got home I drank my drink and after having finished 1/4 of the drink I was immediately facing stomach pain. I thought to myself why would I be having these issues? But then I remembered watching the female worker not cleaning the shaker and then I immediately thought the female made a milk drink prior to mine and now I’m stuck with having my pains and writing...
Read moreReally disappointed with the service I received today while on my lunch break... went into the store for a drink, noticed no one was at the counter. After 5 minutes I decided to order using the machine on the side hoping that would alert the employee - still nothing and now I've paid $10 for a drink.
Another gentleman came in and tried ringing the doorbell on the counter - no response. I eventually decided to ask another customer sitting at a table if she knew where the staff was, she thought she had seen them go next door to Guac Mexi Grill.
I then went to Guac in search of someone to make my drink i've already paid $10 for. By this point, I may be late returning from my break. I find the Chatime female employee AT THE COUNTER CHATTING WITH THE GUAC WORKERS. I asked her if she worked next door - she rolled her eyes and said yes. I asked if she could return so I could have my drink and go back to work. She reluctantly walked back in front of me without a word.
She was incredibly rude, rolled her eyes the whole time and did not even offer an apology. The other man had left the store by this point after waiting for so long. She continued to give me dirty looks until I left the building while the other customer gave me sympathy looks... not...
Read moreTaste and the quality of drink is at the point, it’s always good. But honestly, one of the staff was extremely slow. It took him about 10 minutes to get my order after the person in front of me ordered. He just said “one second please” and came back after 10 minute. If he was working hard on other drink or food items, I would understand, but he was looking at the drink sticker, putting in pearl, taking time, every step of the way. I honestly felt bad for the woman working with him cause she was making six or seven drinks and packing them up while he was taking his time with everything in slo-mo.
