Cito Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

For reasons unknown, Cito's made the executive decision to change the wing ordering process from # of pounds to # of pieces. I order 20 pieces. The count comes to 19. I recounted. 10 on one side and then counted the remaining. Still 19. If you are going to change policy, learn to count. The Count on Sesame Street is very helpful with facilitating learning. Makes counting fun. They also lost my order tonight. Their wings are good and usually staff are more competent than this.

Wings - 20 Pcs $ 17.99 Again 19 count. So, I'm thinking this is not a mistake. If you advertise as 20 pieces, do not think it is okay to give the customer 19. Not good business, especially with regular customers. There has been indications that ownership or management has changed with the New Year. If the customer receives less wings than they paid for, do not be surprised if your business receives less stars.

March 28/22-Cito's has been doing better in recent days. They made up for the missing wings and there has been no problems...

Updated Review: I placed an order 45 minutes before pick up, but when I got to the store on time, my pizza wasn't even in the oven. I waited for 10 minutes, but had to leave because I needed to be elsewhere. The response from the owner was that it was busy. It was, and good for them. The pizza is very good, so I knew Friday night would be busy, but that's why I ordered 45 mins ahead, and still had to wait. After 2 experiences like this, I'm unlikely to order online again.

Previous Review: Been going here for pizza for some time. Great pizza, but I placed a pickup order for 5pm, and I know it's a busy time, but I had to wait another 15 minutes for my pizza. Ordered a pizza by phone last night to pick up. The gentleman on the phone said 30-45 minutes. No biggy I have patients I know they're busy. 30 minutes go by, I walk in, the place is packed. The lady at the register asks for my number, I gave it to her, she couldn't find the order at first and low and behold they find the slip where they prep the pizza. The other worker asks me to come back in 10 minutes it will be ready. 15 minutes go by I go back in and again I give the lady at the register my phone number. Again my pizza had not even been built yet. The lady at the register tells me again it will be 10 more minutes, I very nicely said YOU said that 15 minutes ago . Her response was we are really busy . I said to her it's a medium meat lovers with thin crust it shouldn't take and hour to make 1 small pizza . I told her to stick the pizza I don't want it now . She was shocked I didn't want to wait . No communication with staff and the lady at the register has 0 people skills . You have lost my business and hopefully other people read this review and take there...
