First off, people here are extremely friendly and professional. Next, this place is life changing for my taste buds. I've been looking everywhere for the perfect butter chicken wrap/shawarma and let me tell you this place is it. I have never tasted authentic butter chicken in a wrap before. I've purchased butter chicken wraps everywhere in London and mississauga and they all taste like t.v dinners that were put in a wrap last minute. Not this place, they actually put effort into the seasoning and flavor. I'm so glad I was able to try this place. The best toppings I would recommend is everything except pickles because they ruin the butter chicken flavor a bit. They know exactly how much toppings goes into the wraps. I just stand there with excitement on my face. Honestly if you haven't tried a butter chicken wrap before because you had bad experiences. This is the place to eat. I really like this place. I've eaten here several times and never had a bad experience... Until today.

Today I ordered a Shawarma plate ($15.45) and a Chicken Shawarma ($7.40) for delivery. The total before delivery fee and tax was $22.85 and with a delivery fee of $5 and tax it came to $31.45.

No big deal, I'm willing to pay for it when the food is this good. However, when the food showed up the bill had two chicken shawarma on it despite there only being one in the bag (I suspect acting as a delivery fee?) And then the restaurant had written in $9.50 as a delivery fee on the bottom, bringing the order total to $41 and change.

That's a huge scam and when I called to ask what was going on they told me I was wrong and tried to justify the charges. Terrible customer service, also what company charges $9.50 for delivery after the fact?!
