Read moreSo Apparently, I Went to this Restaurant to Place an Order for TakeOut. When Approached I Placed an Order for 6 Naan Breads which was the only thing I Needed. At first the Lady who was at the Counter Conveniently Placed my Order in the POS and then after a While told me and I Quote “I Will Have to Confirm with my Chef as We Don't JUST Give Out Naan Breads”.
That Threw me off completely and I was Like ok Please Go Ahead and Ask. Later on After she Confirmed with the Chef she said they cant give out 6 Orders of Naan Breads just by itself but Can Only Give Out 4 orders. I was like Ok as much as it Sounds Absolutely Ridiculous but still yeah fine whatever. We can go ahead and do 4 Orders instead of 6.
Later On She Gets interrupted once again while Adjusting my order on the POS and she gets called back in and this time the Chefs inform her that “No We Don't Do Even A Single Order of Naan Bread Without any Curry or Accompaniment”.
All this time I was waiting at the Counter to Place my Order there was another Customer waiting behind me and even they had to witness the sheer Embarrassment I had to go thru.
I Understand People trying to Upsell their Products but this is something Absolutely and Atrociously Ridiculous. In Tough times like these when Businesses is trying hard to Stay Open if U Keep Getting rid of Customers like this You are basically Just letting go off the Business you’re getting.
Simple Fact/Suggestion If u Have a Restaurant Open but are only willing to sell items AS Per YOUR WISH then whats the Point.
NOT ONLY DID YOU LOOSE A CUSTOMER AND SOME REVENUE BUT ALSO THE WORD OF MOUTH is Not Going To Help Much.
I Wish you All the Very Best in Serving Your Customers the Food That YOU...
Read moreI recently dined at Mint Leaves with my family on a Friday evening, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, we had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated upon arrival.
Once seated, we were given menus and promptly placed our order, including lime juice with salt and sugar. After a wait of over 20 minutes, our food finally arrived. When the lime juice was served, it was completely lacking sugar. We waited an additional 15 minutes to speak to the server about this issue. When she eventually came, we politely requested more sugar in the juice. However, she returned with another glass containing more salt and still insufficient sugar. We had to explain our request once again, as it seemed she did not understand initially.
Matters took a turn for the worse when the manager approached our table. Without asking about the issue, he immediately raised his voice, accusing us of shouting at the server and causing her to cry. He was extremely rude and refused to listen to our side of the story. This public confrontation was not only humiliating but also distressing, especially for my young son, who started crying and lost his appetite.
Despite our attempts to resolve the matter and pay the bill, the manager continued to ignore us, making us wait unnecessarily. This entire ordeal resulted in us leaving without finishing our meal.
Overall, the service at Mint Leaves was abysmal, marked by long waits, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior from the management. This was the worst dining experience we have ever had, and I would not recommend this...
