My experience at this location has never been a a great one. I am a homeless man and its could be said its obvious by looking at me. From what I've seen, all the homeless have been treated unfairly here. I was just denied access to the washroom for no reason at all. The staff lied right to my face telling me it was closed due to maintenance. So I sit and watch the other customers get access to the basic human need to relieve themselves. I am a custsosmer here. I have rarely come here without money to purchase have something. I've never caused a problem hefe although I sit here feeling like less than the person next to me. Like I e some something wrong for being poor. The staff here often give me a cold welcome as If they are soidng me a favor by letting me be customers. Costumer service takes a back seat when it comes to serving the homeless at this location. The employees seem to take it personal, like they are above serving thelikes of me at this very exclusive donut shop. I often wonder what Tim Horton himself wouldthink about the way some customers that come here. Please don't cut and paste the generic response I'veseen you post to other customers bbwho ha e had negative experiwnces here. Its an insult to rwcieve the very unapaligetic, no ownership response. Customers, like myself, have taken their time outside of their day to write about their experience here. It was that Important to us to be heard. I'seen new emomiyees eager to please, adopt this negative attitude toward marginalized people. Shame on you. You have no idea who I am. Nobody here sat with me the last five years as i sit looking at the stars asking God why he took my wife of 17 years away. No one here has takien one God damn minute to ask me how my day is. How lonely I feel as I sit here remembering all the appointments to the breast cancer clinic.. Knowing how pointless the procedure is because she was diagnosed at stage 4 and it's become metastatic. Most went know what that means. I might be homeless but I am not a bum. Life is hard enough,shouldn't becone becone even harder because the customer service worker looks at me and sees a a seemingly easy target for them to Express anger toward me for some reason. The next time you choose to step on me, mark my words, I will .wmake this very public. I have a hello of a story to tell. And this tim horton's seems to be one of the bad guys. Which is a shame because the staff here have a unique opportunity to make a difference in so many lives . And you use that to feel better about yourself. Gotta go. Need to pee somewhere. And no.....the washrooms were not maintained ut used by many in time i wrote this.

I am among all the other negative reviews with my experience for food order. However the brand name seems to be getting a consistent negative image for the lack of professionalism(don’t think all) , but definitely for a brand like Tim Hortons I personally feel this location do need a slight touch with customer service because it dose seems like nobody cares as they know no matter what people will come back which calls for getting way to comfortable with things, and that’s when things starts to get wrong. I don’t know if this would make a difference but if ever any staff cares to read this please understand it’s not like people are rude by adding a negative review but they just want there 1st coffee or 1st sandwich for the day right which could be you guys as well so please try to put yourself on the other side and then maybe you might get it by which I also appreciate for the hard work you guys do but please try to be a bit more empathetic. Read moreJust a heads up! This location has bedbugs in the bench seat, cockroaches in the store and also mice. I have seen all of the above with my own eyes. The newest pest was seen out back by the drive thru and was a rat the size of a small cat or chihuahua. They only care about out their profit and not their employees. They leave the store understaffed and make them do twice the work for minimum wage. Proper food storage is also not taking place and a lot.of times handwriting and proper cleaning is not being done. They served expired food and products..... The lemonade urn for the quenchers sometimes has fermentation growing inside. They change date and times on products all the time to try and save money. The only good thing about the store is that the employees are amazing and hard workers! They deserve a lot more appreciation than they get! Employees all have different expectations depending on who they are..... The assistant manager Amy is also great and goes above and beyond!
