TLDR: This place makes a lot of mistakes on orders. It's on you to check/refuse the order at the door (because apparently they don't check). Found HAIR in pizza. Horrible manager decided it's my fault that I didn't check the pizza thoroughly enough before accepting it, and complains that I complained a day after I got the order.
Ordered two garden salads and a pizza. Both salad dressings were wrong and they cheaped out with chopped tomato chunks and green pepper instead of the standard grape tomatoes and cucumber slices. Next day I reheated the rest of the pizza for leftovers and found a HAIR embedded INTO the pizza. You can check all the security cameras and hairnets you want, but this doesn't change the fact that a hair fell into my pizza during the production process. It was literally baked into the pizza, I didn't put it there. Called and complained about all these issues, got a few credits, no big deal as mistakes do happen (albeit quite often at this location, does NO ONE check?!). But then as my complaints were forwarded to the restaurant 2 days later, the manager called. Told me it's my responsibility to check at the door and reject the order if something's wrong. Understandable if it's just salad dressing, I could have check that for sure, but it's not a big deal. Though this manager had the nerve to tell me this also applies to checking the pizza! I have to take apart the pizza to check every inch, for hair and other hazards, in front of the driver?? Might as well just ruin the pizza by picking up every slice and flipping them all over. A nice broken and probably now-cold pizza. And to top it off, he pretty much whined about 'no complaint calls (1-2+) days after your order'. What a rude thing to say after I'm the one who got delivered the contaminated pizza in the first place. This wasn't even a large order! This location has completely lost my business as they like to pin the blame on their customers. Don't give rude $#!7's your money, and report to the Middlesex-London Health Unit if you have any health concerns regarding food poisoning and poor food preparation practices,...

The guy put mayo on both side of the burger and dumped the fries into the bottom of the bag! I called in and AFTER 15 minutes of being on the phone can't find the receipt..... I am not happy!! Update.... I went in and he literally punched my order in and gave a reciept for that time... Not punched in at 7 pm and no record of the order even at head office?? Talk about shady business!! Boycott at all costs! I will be reaching out to the health unit also as he had no gloves, took cash and then made food... Also I will be calling whomever else as clearly they are not being honest if not punching in the order in the system at the call center can't bring up the order.... Taking advantage of young teens is ridiculous!! I wonder how much they pocket instead...

The person working over the counter is very unprofessional. When I asked for vegetarian options he showed me the slices on the counter, and didn’t want to give me time to choose one. On doing billing, he was furious when my swipe didn’t work and made an excuse that there is an issue with your card and giving weird expressions at the same time. Throughout whole process, he kept talking over call and not care about customer. On asking about his name, he was more furious and answered that I don’t want to give my name. “Don’t come to the store again”. Is this how you treat your customer??
