Ordered a pizza and paid online. Showed up early because I wanted it as hot as possible before heading home. Arrived with 4 minutes until ready. Let the girl at the counter know who I was and what order I was waiting for. I wait for about 5 minutes, see that my order isn’t on the screen anymore. So I figured it was ready and they’ll bring it to me shortly. Waited another 10-15 minutes and nobody acknowledged me whatsoever. There were maybe 4 employees and they all ignored me as I just stood there in the lobby waiting. They answered phones, served other customers, and made other orders. After the 15 minutes I just left because there’s no way my pizza was fresh anymore, which was the point of me showing up early. How can you ask me my name for my order, acknowledge which order was mine, then have me stand in the lobby for 20 minutes without acknowledging I’m even there? After I left I called to cancel my order because I wasn’t going to ask them to remake my food because that would take another 20 minutes, which I didn’t have time for. The girl on the phone was the same one who asked me about my order in the store, and didn’t even apologize. Didn’t even begin to accept responsibility or say anything that made it seem like it was their fault. It’s almost as if they didn’t want to give me my pizza on purpose, then were happy I just left and cancelled. I prepaid for it too, so all they had to do was hand me my food and didn’t. Very sad because this is my favorite pizza place. Very few times in life have I left a restaurant because of terrible...
Read moreI ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. As I was waiting for my order to come, I get a phone call. It was the delivery man. He didn't even say hello, he just said did you order domino's? I confirmed that I had and he told me I hadn't put my apartment number and he had driven back to the Domino's and then called me. Although he had my number with him, he decided to be rude and very harsh towards me. I apologized for the miscommunication but yet he was still rude and said he'd have to come AGAIN, and to make sure I was downstairs and he didn't have to wait and rudely hung up. I was very displeased with this gentleman and very frustrated with his attitude towards me. When he arrived, I held the door open, smiled, said hello, was friendly to have him say nothing, shove the pizza towards me and put his hand out for the money. He stared at the change and then stared at me rudely. He mumbled something I couldn't hear underneath his breath and rudely walked away. I got upstairs and found that they forgot to add the maranra sauce, which to me, makes the cheesy bread. I'm very upset with this incident and am not going to be ordering from here again. Unbelievable and horrible costumer service. Would not...
Read morewe buy pizza from Domino's since over 15 years now, this is the first time we encounter such an attitude, we ordered two pizzas, one of them was half sticked to the box(which i understand that it happens), and we only found out that when we got home near LaSalle, so we could only eat the other half, so i gave the guys a call explaining the problem, the guy who answered wasn't the nicest and he said like "ok, i'll give you another one free of charge" and i was like ok, then after like 3 hours i went back to that area so i gave them a call back to prepare my pizza, same guy answered the phone and again he wasn't the nicest, when i arrived at the pizza place i handed the guy (who seems like in charge) the pizza box and showed him the problem, he looked at me and gave me like unpleasant attitude, i didn't say anything, then gave me the new pizza thrown on counter without saying a word, so i said "the least i expect from you is to like say sorry for the inconvenience and for the fact that i had to get off the table half astomach empty then drive all the way back to your shop and he was like "i gave you a free pizza and you already ate half of the other one".!!!! yeah, it wasn't a...
