Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

*UPDATE: Since changing management we have ordered several times. Sadly the flavour and quality of the pizza has diminished rapidly. I always thought all Dominos pretty much followed the same recipe, so I'm not sure why the sauce tastes very different now. In addition they put far too much sauce. They also cut the pizza haphazardly and carelessly. Another problem that arose was the time it took to deliver. Bearing in mind we only ordered a few times after they changed management, we were on the receiving end of several issues within those orders and as such, we haven't been back.

One of the only Pizza places that consistently gets it right. We've tried most of the pizza places in the surrounding area, and between here and Bondi's, they are the only 2 restaurants that get our order right almost every time.

Typical chain Dominos, so you know what you're getting in terms of taste. However, the customer service is exceptional. Not sure if we're just unlucky or the quality of London Pizza places is sub par, but we rarely get what we order, this Dominos location is an exception. Always correct and tasty, on the rare occasion where something is off, they go out their way to compensate.

My husband and I used to be huge dominoes fans and ordered twice a week due to the awesome prices and convenience. After February of earlier this year, we stopped ordering from them because of our last experience. TLDR: We order the same order every time. The last order we got of our Alfredo Chicken pizza came as a liquid cheese soup pizza and the toppings were so crazy uneven and it tasted gross. We called to let them know and they offered to bring us another one. The next pizza we get IS EXACTLY THE SAME. Poorly constructed and gross (see pictures for what I mean).

Today, I was about to give them another chance but then I was told over the phone that the coupon the manager back then gave me is now void due to them no longer working there. I have the emails and everything. In February, They asked me to email them in order to make it right. So I told them my experience and offered to give us 2 large 4-topping pizzas, a dessert and a 2L pop of our choice. I just recently become a Domino's customer. Since that, l really enjoy it with all my family. But what happens tonight that made me surprised! I was badly hungry after work than l called to domino's pizza on two different locations. One on wonderland road north and other on Richmond and Fanshawe street in London Ontario even twice to place an order. But they both told me to contact the one on my area on Fanshow park road west whom l already contacted but there was no respond. I tried once more to this location,but l was kept waited on the phone. This kept me wait on the phone for 35 minutes in case to be able to contact the location on Fanshow park road west. Unfortunately, we were not that lucky l guess. Than, I called for the last time, fortunately, this time they responded saying that they were too busy to respond the phone. Since l am a good cook, we changed our mind and made an omelet rather than ordering any pizza. I was wondering if it's their ususall responsibilities not to respond the calls when they are busy....
