Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Ordered 2 pizza for pick up and only 1 was made on arrival. Had to wait for 2nd one to be made. Watched staff as I waited. Did not see anyone and in particular the one making pizzas (?cook) wash their hands once, staff were all over the store touching everything, saw the cook wiping his nose but never washed his hands. Sent a complaint to head office as no managers were there to complain to. Received an automated reply only. On the off chance that my complaint and contact information was misplaced, I resubmitted the complaint. I never received a reply. This place was my go to spot but after watching the low level of hygeine, and the lack of concern of the store, it is off my list and is a place I would reccommend against. NOT RECOMMENDED Dec 4/18- Still have not received anything from this company. Obviously they do not care about their companies possible...

The employees at Domino's have the best customer service I have ever seen in not only a franchise but practically everywhere I've actually shopped. I had a minor complaint about my pizza getting mixed up with a different order regarding thin crust and I wrote them about it through e-mail. After I sent the message I was told I'd have a reply within 3-5 business days. Meanwhile I got a reply the next day from Zachary here at the Pembroke location and he offered me a free large 4 topping pizza. I live right across the street and have been ordering from there for three years now without ever having an issue and dealing with amazingly polite staff. Most of them are younger and more mature than most people I've dealt with over the age of thirty. The least I could do was write this review because you guys deserve a compliment....

Well I'm really disappointed been ordering for delivery for 5 years and everytime I would tip the delivery guy $10 everytime I ordered for the delivery from dominos pizza Pembroke Ontario and for some reason now they won't deliver... Not having a car is very dificult for me to get around to get food im also a mother of two babies so can't go out to offtine so I sometimes depended on these guys I just had them delivered to me a few days ago and they made my pizza wrong so I make a complaint and what now you guys won't deliver wow well thanks for nothing I will be sharing my impoot to whom...
