Final message! Thank you for apologizing, finally. I was never looking for a refund. I just wanted you to be aware of mixing of meat. I called your restaurant but I was told manager is not present until 4pm. I gave service and ambience the well deserved rating as I did to the food that should be zero in my experience.

Always remember, putting up a good show will not last longer, if you don’t have the decency/soft skills to handle your customer. You could have deescalated the situation professionally on the first comment.

Hire someone who can tackle disappointed customers. Refunding isn’t the compensation that People like me are looking for. Good luck!

Message to your response Since I couldn’t reply to your comment. First what a shame, rather than apologizing you need proofs (while I have attached one). I live approximately 66km away from your restaurant. Secondly, you responded so late I probably threw the receipt along with your food by now. However, my credit card will have the purchase amount on it with the date that I put my first review on. if I am ever in the area I will put up my purchase proof. I rarely leave comments on any restaurant. I don’t need a refund but kindly stop serving trash to people. I hope you will apologize.

Original complaint: Extremely disappointed! Tonight, I ordered mutton (goat) biryani for take out. I was just having it and It had some mutton (not tender) but also broken chicken pieces inside it I don’t know if they mix left over food of clients or mix two biryanis for some reason. Gross! This restaurant puts all other Indian restaurants in London to shame! Seriously. Been to all. The taste of each and every dish is truly oustanding. All the ingredients are cooked perfectly. They don't serve anything that didn't turn out right. The colour of the dishes is beautiful. No dull brown stuff. Their raita is not watery. Their naan comes with herbs in it. They have gone out of their way to care about the visual appeal of the display of the dishes. They take pride in how their food looks and tatses. The interior design is on-point, classy and comfortable.The music selection is great and they have big speakers and a tv screen to play music videos. Even among restaurants in London in general, not just Indian ones, this is now my favorite. We will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone we can. I wish I were better at social media so I could spread the word more. These guys just opened 2 months ago and I hope they become very popular and busy because they deserve it. The service was attentive, friendly and fast. Can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Everyone should try it, not possible to be disappointed here.
