Ordered chicken biryani today from eastern flavors for guests we were hosting at our place. It was bland in taste, in fact it tasted somewhat sweet which is so opposite of what an authentic biryani tastes like. Felt like they dropped in sugar instead of salt in biryani. I have dined in this restaurant before as well, and didn't like the service probably because there was an event going on at the same time we went for dining. We used to call several times before we were attended or given any sort of attention. Instead the girl on the front desk would just not look at our table at all, and if someone did they'd tell us to wait and start talking to people who were hosting event at their location. Sure they must be making a lot of money from the other party who booked their event hall and probably had their food catered, but a customer at the table for dine in is no less and is spending their hard earned money and deserves basic respect. After all the bad experience i still decided to give them a chance for the food, and see if it tastes good. But very disappointed again. Not recommended. Very high priced, and over rated place.

The atmosphere is very nice and modern. We were greated promptly by a very friendly and helpful waitress and we were checked up on frequently. She offered us suggestions and recommendations and was all around top knotch. The delivery of the food took quite some time. It took about 35 mins from order to the table. We had even seen another patron approach the cashier after waiting as long and then food then came out. The food was extremely well prepared and very tasty. The chicken breast pieces were so moist and flavourful it was very impressive. The butter chicken was spot on and again the chicken breast tender and moist. The meal was pricey for the portions and I would rate it at $$$$. We had the tandoori platter which contained 1/2 a chicken about 6 chunks of chicken breast, a large Kafka style meat skewer and rice ($34.99) plus an order of butter chicken which came with 2 plain naan ($15.99). We upgraded to biryani rice from the white that came with the platter which was $2. We drank only water and with tax the bill was $59.87 before tip for 2 people.

By far the best n most authentic Indo/Paki food I have ever tested in Windsor. Chef Khaled makes the best biryani in town and hands down. Even their masala n karahi dishes are super! Make sure to order their deserts platter which comes with samosa, grape leaves, chicken wings n pakora. The restaurant hall is very clean and well maintained. Parking lot is spacious n the building looks brand new. Their food was worth the trip n even crossing border from Detroit to Windsor with my family. I'm a big fan of IndoPaki food n I can tell u from experience this place not only beats all Indian restaurants in Windsor but even the ones in Michigans. The young man who served our table n his name is Yousef was very friendly, respectful and informative. I will make sure to come next times I'm in Windsor.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE! The customer service and the way they speak to their customers is absolutely appalling. They have no respect for their customers. They will get aggressive, yell, and speak over you and not allow you to get in a word.

I ordered several items from this restaurant using SkipTheDishes and one of the items was missing. I called the restaurant to let them know that an item is missing, and before I could even finish my sentence, the woman I was speaking to, I believe her name is Mina, cut me off and started saying everything was packed and our delivery driver must have stolen that one item. So I asked how many bags I should have received, and she said two. I did receive two bags and let her know this, and she said the driver must have opened one of the bags to take one of the items.

She insisted that before an order goes out, it gets checked three times. That is clearly a lie otherwise in one of those "three" checks, they would have noticed an item is completely missing. Then she puts me on hold and gets the manager. The manager essentially asked me what the problem was, and he also would not let me complete a sentence before cutting me off. He also insisted that all of the food was packed and if I didn't receive one of the items, the driver must have opened up the bag and stolen the food. What a ridiculous lie/excuse. The bags were tied so tight, I had to use scissors to cut them open. I have order from this place times before and the bags are always tightly secured so it is apparent they are not accepting responsibility for forgetting an item and are giving a laughable excuse that the delivery driver stole our food.

We have had items missing from this place before, and I understand that mistakes happen so I did not mind. This is the second time they have forgotten an item and I had some guests over and this was supposed to...

I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a Michelin starred restaurant, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat. Unfortunately, the standard at this restaurant was very poor. Where do I start? Having entered the restaurant, we had to wait for several minutes to be greeted and seated, when finally a blonde waitress said hi to us, , in a very unprofessional manner and the table was not ready despite the reservation.

The mark of a good restaurant is not necessarily its size, but the quality of its food and the generosity of its staff. Along that line, some of the finest dining experiences I've had throughout my career have been in the small diners and dives and Michelin starred restaurant scattered throughout.

Not being biased but my honest opinion the food is not Authentic Indian cuisine as advertised, low class ambiance no cleanliness as per required standard, quantity of food not generous compared to price you will be wasting your time and money and will leave with a bad taste.

Further to my interaction with the Co-Owner who is of Middle eastern Origin "PLEASE BE AWARE " behaviour of this person who is not only rude he doesn’t have customer service experience, nor he has manners to deal and how to behave with customers, It seems he has no experience whatsoever of running a restaurant, Warning keep distance otherwise you will be humiliated, Trust me i...

Service is friendly and efficient but on the slower side. Avoid the bathrooms, the smell is enough to spoil your appetite, one can be hopefull the same standard of cleanziness is not followed to the kitchen. We quickly learned most everything on the Indian menu is medium to hot spicy, not good since going to the bathroom was out of question lol. The samosas were great medium spicey, the cheese pies were enjoyed by kiddos, literally only thing not spicey. We ordered Beriani chicken which was very good, spicy but very flavorful. The chicken Tikka came on a hot sizzling plate, nice touch but unfortunately overcooked and too charred. We also orderd the Karahi with lamb, the sauce was very tasty and hot spicey but unfortunately the lamb was tough as leather and unedible. Naan was good, the garlic Naan was disappointing, looks like just garlic power sprinkled on Naan. We then asked for something not spicy for kids to which we were then told we should have ordered from Mediterranean section if we didn't want spicy, headup would have been nice when we first ordered. The chicken and fries were well enjoyed by the kiddos. We also ordered desserts which I have to say was highlight of an overwhelming dinner, I would totally come back here just for the...
