Exceptional Service at Tim Hortons A Big Thank You to Vinee and Fezzel!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tim Hortons last night, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received. It was my first time using the Tim Hortons app, and I’ll admit, I was having a bit of trouble navigating it. I was trying to figure out the menu and place my order, and after what I thought was a successful attempt, I placed my order for a meal, a drink, and a couple of snacks. When I pulled up to the window to pick up my order, Vinee immediately noticed that something seemed off with my order and he was absolutely right! I had accidentally ordered a few things I didn’t even mean to get. Vinee was so patient and understanding while helping me fix the situation. He took the time to make sure everything was corrected and that I left with exactly what I wanted. To top it off, another amazing employee, Fezzel (I didn’t catch the exact spelling of his name), went above and beyond by offering me extra flavoring for my drink without me even asking! It was such a thoughtful gesture that really made my day. He was super kind and super chill. Both Vinee and Fezzel were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. They showed so much patience and made sure I was completely satisfied with my order before I left. Thanks to their outstanding customer service, I will definitely be making more frequent stops at this Tim Hortons in the future. It’s not often that you come across employees who go out of their way to ensure that customers feel valued and appreciated, but Vinee and Fezzel absolutely did that for me today. Read moreI went to drive-thru to get a BLT and coffee. I waited on a Saturday afternoon for 10mins until I got to the order speaker and ask for a BLT. She said they were out off lettuce. Not sure how this can happen, send someone to superstore and buy 20 heads of lettuce when running low. Anyways I couldn't cancel as there were cars behind me and it was my lunch break. I asked for BLT with no mayo, extra bacon. 15min had passed when I finally got to the window and she gave me my food and drink. As I left the coffee was to the top and started spilling on my dash. I then opened my sandwich to notice tons of mayo. I then had to park go in and complain about my service. They were fast to remake my sandwich, all in all 25min to have coffee spill on my car, get a BT no lettuce not a BLT, and then get replaced. Read moreThis Tim Hortons has staff that are so rude and disrespectful. Rose, the assistant manager was disrespectful, attacking us when we first came in that we had to come in and sign our names. She literally shouted at us, which was so rude. If they don't have the sign-up sheet where we can see it, why would she shout at us for that? And also, she claimed we can't have snacks from outside, although we already purchased drinks and food from Tim Hortons, and we asked her to show us a policy that states we can't bring snacks with us, and then she shouted at us that she will call the police.
