Worst customer service I've ever experienced!! I ordered food for six people, and asked for delivery. Offered to pay with my card over the phone, which implies that I have a credit card, right? But the girl on the phone says "that's okay, you can pay the driver when he gets there." Okay, fine. I hang up and realise my phone battery is about to die, so I plug in my phone and go next door to help my neighbours bring in their groceries. 45 minutes later, I'm outside wondering where the delivery is, and use my neighbour's phone to call them, and find out they cancelled my order because they had called me 5 times to tell me "the driver doesn't take debit" (????) Not only that, the person who took down my order didn't even have the right address!! So now I'm annoyed, because me and five other people are gonna have to wait another 45 minutes for our meal because of the screw-up, and I asked the person on the phone if she could throw in a little something free as an apology for messing up with my order (wasn't looking for a free meal, heck, they could've given me back the 7 dollar delivery fee, or thrown in a few free cans of pop, just SOMETHING to show that they cared about the inconvenience they'd caused because they had a trainee on the phone). Nope. So I'm like fine, whatever, they said that my food would be there in 30-40 minutes. 40 minutes later I'm standing out front calling them back AGAIN, asking the manager "where is my order???" And she's making excuses saying the driver had another delivery to make first, and at this point I'm super frustrated, and I'm like "okay, by this point you've already messed up my order once, I have six people waiting for food and two of them are children, and you need to make this right. It has been 40 minutes and our food isn't here." You know what she said? "The food is good and I don't think this will happen again next time." Seriously?? At that point I hung up on her, and turned around to find that their delivery driver had literally been sitting there in his car FOR FIVE MINUTES, rather than getting out to ask if I was the one the delivery was for!! Read moreAvoid going here due to unsanitary practices that will leave you ill in the bed. I went there last around 1am on Saturday and there were 2 workers. One of them was a short Indian man. This individual was extremely rude from the beginning. At first, I get a message from Uber saying my order is ready turns out it becomes into a 15 minute wait. But during this wait, I noticed a very concerning behaviour that poses a huge safety and health risk to any customers who go here. I noticed that this man failed to wash his hands. He was touching different surfaces because he was cleaning and closing up for the night. He was wiping things down and touching and moving different items and surfaces. Not once did he rinse his hands. He started touching my food with bare hands so I told him that I saw him cleaning and wiping his machine down with his bare hands and making my wrap with the same hands without rinsing. His excuse was that he used tissue while wiping and he became very rude, confrontational and aggressive that I called him out for being disgusting and unhygienic. This man lacks common sense think he can touch food with his bare hands while closing up the kitchen. To describe him, he’s almost a bald man with a beard. Avoid him at all costs as I almost vomited watching him making my food. At certain instances I saw him rub his hands on t-shirt and pants but not even once did he wash his hands. Extremely gross and traumatizing. He used a tissue paper by the trash can to cut my wrap on. Very unsanitary and unhygienic and I urge all customers to be careful. I am sick now and I will be filing a complaint with ministry of health towards the Indian man and the business and I will make sure it goes through as I have been sick and throwing up all night. Read moreWorst service in windsor. They forgot to put chicken in the Garlic Parm chicken fries. I returned the food untouched the next day because it was closed and I live in amherstburg. They took the food and said they will do an incident report and the manager has to call you for a refund. 5 days later they tell me no refund. Go get ur taters now we will make you a new one. I stated to the manager on the phone that I am not hungry right now and I just need a refund. She kept screaming and stating that I asked for another meal not a refund. I told her that its stated in the incident report she screamed after that they don’t do incidents reports. 15$ worth of food that I never actually kept is gone now. I am really disgusted by such customer service. Instead of refunding me or giving me food the next day they kept asking me to come and wait for phone calls . I will never go there again and I will make sure this place is reported. They took my money and I got nothing in return. They even took the fries with mo chicken untouched
Changed to 3 stars instead of one. I did get a 40$ coupon. The manager at the east store is very untrained and I can assure you if she was a manager somewhere else it was something on phone.
