Went there tonight with my family for a sit in dinner, we have 13 people in our family. Our hostess sat us down with menus then informed us that normally we need a reservation for groups of more then ten, and that it will be a while before we were served. Since the restaurant was no more then half full, I didnt think too much about it. We were sat down at 6pm with menus. After a half hour of sitting there, not even being offered water or drinks we looked around, again the restaurant was no more then half full. Everyone else in the restaurant has been served drinks and food. We waited another 15 minutes, so 45 minutes total sitting there with no one even bringing water or offering us drinks. Now we have 2 toddlers, so no way we could wait any longer so we walked out. On the way out, what we could only suspect was the waitress, since we were never served or spoken too in the 45 minutes we were seated here, was flirting it up in the kitchen with the pizza makers. We ended up going to Taco Bell next door, in and out in a half hour. Now this review is for a large group, if we were only a family of, say, 4 people, then it might have been a different review. But in saying that, people all around us were questioning why we were not being served as we were...
Read moreWhen we arrived at the restaurant, the female server told us to seat where we wanted but she did not provide us with a menu. We seated and then waited for 10 minutes but no server came to us so I got up and grabbed two menus. Another 5 minutes had passed until a server finally came to talk to us. We ordered our drinks. The diet pepsi was really flat, and it tasted like normal pepsi. They only had one blue left (beer). We then ordered the food which did not taste fresh and was not presented nicely. The wings were small and nothing was offer with it (no veggies or sauce). We asked for extra towel and the server said that there were wet napkin at the counter but did not bring any. Still eating our food and drinking, the server presented us with the check even if we did not ask for it. It did not make us feel welcomed. However, she never came back so we had to walk to the take out counter to pay for our bill. Once there, we noticed a big line up and a frustated employee asked who was paying for take out and who was paying for dine in. Some of us were dine in customers and had to wait for the machine. When I left, I saw a customer arguing with an employee at the take...
Read moreDining here was like eating on the Boulevard of Broken Dreams. A once beloved and nostalgic restaurant is now desolate, sad, dirty, and depressing. One person was working here and was locked behind the pizza counter like a pizza prisoner. We showed ourselves to our seats - there was no one else there. There were no menus, only sadness. We got a pizza pamphlet from the entrance again. We ate in silence. After a while we reminisced about pizza buffet, the old plastic red cups, and the times Pizza Hut was packed and busy with happy families but now it’s like a pizza ghost town. My kids were scared and thought it was haunted. My husband said the bathrooms “smelled like 10, 000 porter potties”. The pizza itself…tragedy. The crust was thin like a Bristol board but we didn’t order thin crust, that was just the normal crust. It tasted like a Bristol board too. I am so let down on every level. And 2 pizzas was $60!?! In this economy? I’m not not convinced it’s just a drug front at this...
