Fresh Burrito has become one of my go-to spots in London when I’m craving something filling and flavourful. The place has a casual, welcoming vibe—clean, bright, and perfect for either a quick bite or a laid-back meal with friends. Nothing fancy, but exactly what you’d expect from a burrito joint.

The real star here is the food. The burritos are customizable, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The rice isn’t mushy, the beans are seasoned well, and the meat—whether it’s chicken, ground beef, or steak—always tastes freshly cooked rather than sitting around. I’m a big fan of their salsas too; the mild is fresh and zesty, while the hot actually packs a punch. If you’re into spice, don’t underestimate it. Add some guac and cheese, and you’ve got a burrito that’s hearty and well balanced.

Portions are generous, so you’re definitely not leaving hungry. Even the regular size feels like a full meal, and if you go for a large, you’ll probably have leftovers. The price point is fair considering the amount of food you get—it’s not the cheapest option in town, but the value is solid.

Service has always been friendly in my experience. Even when it’s busy, the staff move quickly and keep things organized. The only downside is that special requests can sometimes get overlooked if the line is long, but it’s never been a dealbreaker for me.

Worst service of anywhere I’ve ever been. There are two staff members who are always fantastic but everyone else hasn’t got a clue, and they don’t care. It’s a shame because the food is good but we’ve had 3 horrendous experiences in a row.

One time there was someone who was “in training” which the girl was happy to tell us but then her and the other staff member proceeded to do absolutely nothing to help him. 30 mins waiting for tacos and a burrito. Wild. If he’s in training shouldn’t the staff who are training him actually train him?

Another time my husband got home after getting food for the 5 of us and they didn’t put my tacos in the bag. My husband called to ask for a refund and they just responded “I don’t know how to do that”. No help at all and my husband had to drive all the way back to get them. So everyone got cold food.

Service was good. Staff was helpful. Three Chili sauce very good, and actually is a hot sauce with delayed effect. Two problems. First, the burrito soft shell. I had a large. Shell too thin. Couldn't handle it and lost structural integrity. Feels like a Star Trek moment when you yell for the engineer, "We're losing structural integrity." You know that's a serious problem. And you know what else that means. Your burrito falls apart in your hands. Major mess and frustration. They need to address this problem and find a stronger burrito shell. 2nd problem is the hamburger. Low quality. Their hamburger seriously needs to be upgraded. You're not feeding dogs.
