IF I COULD, I WOULD LEAVE A BIG FAT ZERO RATING. Very disappointed, horrible customer service experience at this store. I paid $30.00 for food I did not receive because Subway did not have any chicken and canceled my order after trying to call me at a wrong phone number to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered and already paid for. Ive been trying to get a hold of these guys for five solid days now, the phone rings then sounds like someone answers but they don’t say anything, screening calls? The first time getting through Door dash patched the call through, I was told to call back in morning to speak with the manager to get my refund, when i tried calling no one answers. Got through last night and the guy gives me the run around then hangs up on me. This morning I finally get through hoping to speak to the manager, theres no manager there and she doesn’t know when the managers going to be there, leave my number and they will give it to him to call me back but they don’t know when? I asked if I could come in to the store and get my money, she said no. I paid $30 for two subs on April 12, money was taken out of My bank account but I didn’t get food and they kept my money. Read moreProbably one of the worst experiences I've had at a subway. I have been coming to this subway I would say since I've moved to London almost two years ago. I've been so happy with them but tonight....I might actually stop coming to this one... The young lady that made my sub didn't even acknowledge me she just threw a paper one the counter and glared at me. When I asked for cheese bread she said in a snotty voice "oh we only have Italian" I'm okay with that I mean maybe she's having a bad day...I asked her if she could toast it, so she throws my sandwich on the tray and shoved it into the oven. I ask for onions she Huff's and says "we're out of onions!" At this point I'm starting to get pissed at her attitude. So when I go to pay, she walks away and helps another customer. I have to reach over the counter to get my own damn sandwich!!!! Ive never walked out of a store so fast in my life. I wish I didn't spend any money at this place...I'm so done with it if that witch is...
Read moreIm from the area, so this is the subway I usually go to and I've never had issues until this year when some part of the management changed. They've clearly cut costs but made the store look all fancy to cover it up.
The new staff don't know how to make sandwiches. You ask for a little bit of mayo and they put a giant glob on one side and then don't put any on the rest of the sub.
They always prioritize online orders. I've waited 30+ minutes here before while the entire store is empty and they have 1 person working. Being all alone on a shift is stressful but it's really disrespectful to prioritize someone on Uber eats when you have a customer right in front of you that made the effort to come to your store and order from you. On top of it I usually come here on lunch breaks so I genuinely don't have 30...
