I come to Harvey’s almost like every day. I have faced a lot of issues with this specific employee at Harvey’s. 12:30 am me and my friend decide to get a wrap.
We placed 2 orders, first one being crispy chicken wrap with chipotle sauce on top and second order buffalo chicken wrap with no tomatoes or ranch.
She messes our order up. She gives us a chicken wrap with only chipotle sauce in it with no tomatoes or lettuce and a buffalo wrap with just lettuce and ranch.
We pull up to the window and tell the drive through employee that they got our order wrong, the DT employee says the person taking your order asked for the order in the speakers and gave you what you asked for she didn’t understand what you wanted exactly. I told her in that instance when we pulled up to the window she could have double checked it with us. The original lady who took our order comes to the window and says yes I asked if you only wanted chipotle on your wrap I said I wanted that added to my wrap which lettuce and tomatoes are part of it.
Instead of trying to remake our food she went back and forth with us. She told us to park at the drive through number 1 and comes knocking on our window with a paper on her hand “buffalo with lettuce but no tomatoes, no ranch” correct then leaves 2 min later another employee comes knocking on our window ok so for the buffalo wrap do you want lettuce and ranch we tell her no we don’t want tomato or ranch.
I did not know this order was so complicated.
She comes out giving our food and apologizes to us and gives us a coupon for next time. This is not my first time having to deal with her attitude however tonight was the last straw for me. (Picture I have is the same lady from...

I said poutine. Got to the window, paid and left. 20sec go by, I look in the bag to find reg fries and a reg sized chicken sandwich. Went back inside with the bag and said I got the wrong order. They pointed the blame at me stating I said exactly what they gave me and then asked if I still want that or my previous order. Um, I clearly want what I told them? So they finally made it, said here you go, and never apologized once. That would have gone a long way with me but apparently I'm the one in the wrong? Also, I never expected a full refund but that would have helped too. All I got back was the change difference between orders. Poor customer service... Read moreThis is the second review I have ever written in my life and I am beyond disappointed as someone that also works in a customer service based job. The cashier's tone and attitude was rude and . they were clearly annoyed with my mom talking. I could tell that the cashier had a long day and that's relatable, but it is never appropriate to let out your emotions onto others, especially customers. I don't think the cashier would have liked it if she was treated the same way as a customer either. If her rudeness had anything to do with my mom's struggle with the English language, then that is disappointing because not everyone is fluent in English.
