Today in the evening,I visited this place with my friend and ordered some food items. I got total of 30.80, so I tried to use my SCENE Card for the payment. But, due to technical issue in their payment method it doesn't worked. So, I came back to home with my friend. However, After 15-20 minutes when I opened my SCENE app, it was clearly showing that 3000 SCENE points was already deducted at Harvey's. So, I went back to their and informed employees and manager about issue that happened. Manager told me to contact bank helpline number. I called SCENE'S Customer care number, SCENE'S associate was ready to help, but she asked me about payment failed/error receipt. I asked Harvey's employees and manager if they can provide me cancellation/time out receipt or something like that. But no one was ready to listen. They were only busy in preparation of online orders!! I understand they have to take care of online orders on time during their peak hours, even though they should also take care of customers who visit Harvey's to enjoy their lovely time. I waited their for more than 55 minutes to get help regarding problem, also which was happened due to issue in their payment method. However, at the end I got loss of 3000 SCENE points, time wastage and high disappointment. Got very bad customer service, 🙅🏻♂️not going to visit...
Read moreI have ordered many times for pickup. The Indian girl is always nice. The other one is super rude and racist. There's no way to leave a comment for pickup order online so I called after I ordered to tell them leave the drink cup empty as I wanna mix drinks myself. The reason I'm doing it is because last time when I came to pick my food, the drink is already filled up for me and I understand it. So I called in one min I ordered to tell them leave my cup empty and the one who picked my phone is so rude, I told her my name and what I want again and again but she just doesn't listen at all. She said there's no order by my name even after I've already spelled my name to her, and she couldn't find it because she didn't listen and was using the wrong name. Plus I just ordered yesterday using the same name and she was there as well. Read moreCame in at 2200 location closes at 2230 5 maybe 6 ppl working one serving customers the others all cleaning, which is great clean is good. But how about be somewhat concerned about the customers and not just getting it clean to go home. Stood there watching them as they pretended they couldnt see me. Waited for 25 mins to get my burgers made. 20 mins which they sat under a heat lamp. To lazy to go to the back and get pickles so they were out I guess. At the conclusion of getting my burgers assembled they finally clued in that no one dropped the onion rings into the fryer so now I get to wait another 5 mins for those. Not surprising the only part of my meal that was warm was the onion rings, burgers had dried out under the heat lamps fries were cold and I had to ask twice to get my beverages because they forgot then they screwed up the second time with how many I was supposed to receive.
