Today in the evening,I visited this place with my friend and ordered some food items. I got total of 30.80, so I tried to use my SCENE Card for the payment. But, due to technical issue in their payment method it doesn't worked. So, I came back to home with my friend. However, After 15-20 minutes when I opened my SCENE app, it was clearly showing that 3000 SCENE points was already deducted at Harvey's. So, I went back to their and informed employees and manager about issue that happened. Manager told me to contact bank helpline number. I called SCENE'S Customer care number, SCENE'S associate was ready to help, but she asked me about payment failed/error receipt. I asked Harvey's employees and manager if they can provide me cancellation/time out receipt or something like that. But no one was ready to listen. They were only busy in preparation of online orders!! I understand they have to take care of online orders on time during their peak hours, even though they should also take care of customers who visit Harvey's to enjoy their lovely time. I waited their for more than 55 minutes to get help regarding problem, also which was happened due to issue in their payment method. However, at the end I got loss of 3000 SCENE points, time wastage and high disappointment. Got very bad customer service, 🙅🏻‍♂️not going to visit Harvey's again.
