We left our number ( I heard my husband leave the right number) because it was busy and waited outside due to the small doorway and no wait room. We see couples going in and being seated so assumed it was only small tables available until a family went in to be seated right away. We go in to ask why nd he said THEY took the number down wrong, they assumed we left and moved on instead of yelling out to all the people outside? 🤬 Said we would be compensation which was a $10 voucher for next time!? Wth is that, you messed up this visit so I asked for it to be taken off immediately because Idk if I even wanted to bring my family back. He put up a bit of a fuss but finally agreed then I end up waiting another 15 mins just to have my bill adjusted 😡 I understand people make mistakes but this happened to the 2 guys behind us as well. They waited even longer and end up just leaving after i told them to ask about them taking the wrong number and sure enough they had it happen too. That is just clear incompetence. Also had a waitress doing nothing in such a busy restaurant just walking up and down the aisle. Literally just walking, not looking for anything. It's sad to have such great food amd poor...
