Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Ontario

Used to be my fave. Last few orders not happy. Last night wrong pizza again, wrong crust, wrong toppings, which means i paid for a more pricey pizza with extra topping and got a cheaper one, missing the add on and on a whole wheat crust not requested, lasagna luke warm at best, the time before got a cold cardboard like pizza, old and overdone, we did complain directly to the location time before that, and replacement was delivered, not interested in that option, I want what I paid for, hot and fresh, when people are hungry they will eat what they get. The Wellington rd London ON used to be awesome but not sure if they are struggling with inaequate staffing due to pandemic at this time? The orders have been both direct to store and or skip the dishes. I very sad because pizza nova product is superior to all others out there. They need to know people don't like complaining, often feel...

We tried the pizza and chicken wings for the first time on March 30, 2019. The wings were flavorful but a little on the small side. The pizza was tasty as well. The crust was light and just the right thickness. The one issue I might have is that we asked for extra cheese, but it didn't seem like there was a lot of "extra" on it. It was still good pizza though.

The odd thing about the experience for me was the staff. There were 3 employees that I could see, and to be fair, they were friendly and asked if I wanted any dipping sauces, drinks, and thanked me for the business and wished me a good night etc. I can't really explain it other than to say that when I walked in, it just felt like there was a weird vibe going on in the store. 1 person seemed frustrated/mad/upset, and the other two seemed nervous. It could just be me. Either way we'll order from there again some time...

Major score on the party sized pizza. We love to order from here when our regular spot isn't open or when we have a large group of people to feed. Very quick service always accurate, debit at the door, very polite and fresh toppings. Sooooo today we ordered from the Wellington road store(the one e normally order from.. THIS time however our pizza was AWFUL... our crust was so thin you had to eat it with a knife and fork. There was almost NO cheese on either of our 2 party pizzas the pepperoni was literally counted and the toppings came 2 inches plus from the edge of the pizza SOOOOOO much crust. I called it in and they offered to remake just 1 of the pizzas and after extolling the beautiful pizzas we've come to expect THIS was so not expected.
