If I could give a ZERO, I would. This is the first review I have ever written and I am writing this because I am profoundly upset and frustrated with the management and establishment as a whole. I have been purchasing pizza from this location for years. Will be looking into contacting Little Caesar's head office. Hot and Ready's are NEVER ready. I spoke with the manager today who said they were short staffed even though I counted at least 4 employees and they were all laughing and talking; she also said the owner doesn't want to lose money on product if it is just sitting there and getting discarded if not purchased. The pizza is not cut into 8 same sized slice. The pepperoni pizza was purchased today (June 20, 2022); the cheese was purchased on May 25, 2022.

Should’ve read all these one star reviews before ordering. Popped by the other day for a hot and ready, I was eye’n the cardboard box after the first slice thinking that would probably test better. I shrugged it off thinking it was a one timer. Came in tonight, preordering trying to skirt my way around the garbage hot and ready. Ordered a Detroit deep dish (our usual order) and got this mess of donut in the picture. The staff don’t care, I can’t blame them but there’s lots of folks willing to work and your store must be taking a hit with all these unhappy customers. Seems this owner is checked out. Won’t be coming back. Like someone else said, Dominos is down the way.

So I called to order the stuffed pizza and bread combo and was told I can only do online.So I did but wanted extra sauce on pizza and extra parm/garlic on bread but options were not there. I called the store literally 10 times to add my requests but no answer so had to go in and asked as I was waiting in parking lot. They said yes when I got my order home the pizza was so so but bread had nothing on it! I went to website and gave my comments but heard nothing back so this is why I'm posting a review because if your going to boast satisfaction guaranteed then follow through. Wasn't looking for anything free etc but a response would have been nice.

Never once have I ordered a "hot and ready" at this location and not had to wait for it to be made. Why call it that? Bad owner for sure. Here's a picture of all the pizzas they have ready to go... Edit: Went there again (My fault) waited 25 minutes for a hot and ready because I asked for "Crazy crust" and watched 3 others pick up their pizza. Then went home and found that they had not put anything on my crust. Disgraceful. I wish I could give zero stars but Google will not let me.

Usually the pizza is okay, but sometimes it's just not cooked and looks like a wild animal made it. Today was one of the "not cooked, animal made it" kind of days. Sharing the actual photo of the pizza vs what we ordered. Definitely recommend training staff what cooked vs uncooked looks like so that your customers don't randomly get a "surprise it's food poisoning pizza night!" ...
