Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Has been my favorite place to go for around 5 month I think. Until recently. It was amazing compared to any other place I have ever been to before. But my last order was one of the worst if not the worst orders in any pizza place.

I ordered stuffed crust pizza. Each piece had a hole in the crust instead of cheese which you could look through. Had no usual seasoning on the top or minimal amount. Had barely any pizza sauce and pizza felt dry and tasteless. It felt like I was eating dough or just bread. I had cheese stuffed bread in that order and to be honest it felt more flavorful than the pizza itself. Looked like it was cut in a hurry, the pieces were extremely out of proportion. Not that its a big deal.

Also ordered Ultimate supreme in the same order and it had almost no toppings on top. Minimal sauce. Felt dry and tasteless. Same thing. Tasted just like empty dough.

Stuffed bread sticks were fine. But a little too expensive In my opinion, I thought I would get a little more for 5.99. Believe it was 4 or 5 bread sticks. Not worth a $1+ per stick. Would rather get a pizza for around ~7$.

Honestly my whole family was really disappointed with the pizzas.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. This is the first review I have ever written and I am writing this because I am profoundly upset and frustrated with the management and establishment as a whole. I have been purchasing pizza from this location for years. Will be looking into contacting Little Caesar's head office.

Hot and Ready's are NEVER ready. I spoke with the manager today who said they were short staffed even though I counted at least 4 employees and they were all laughing and talking; she also said the owner doesn't want to lose money on product if it is just sitting there and getting discarded if not purchased.

Should’ve read all these one star reviews before ordering. Popped by the other day for a hot and ready, I was eye’n the cardboard box after the first slice thinking that would probably test better. I shrugged it off thinking it was a one timer. Came in tonight, preordering trying to skirt my way around the garbage hot and ready. Ordered a Detroit deep dish (our usual order) and got this mess of donut in the picture. The staff don’t care, I can’t blame them but there’s lots of folks willing to work and your store must be taking a hit with all these unhappy customers. Seems this owner is checked out.
