I’ve honestly had enough of this particular Tim Hortons location. I’ve given it multiple chances, hoping things would improve, but every single time I’ve visited, it’s been a disappointment—either the food is old, frozen, poorly made, or just flat-out disgusting.
One of the worst experiences was when I ordered a turkey club wrap with no bacon. As soon as I opened it, there was this awful smell—almost like tuna—which completely ruined my appetite. It didn’t taste fresh at all, and I couldn’t even take more than one bite. I politely asked the staff for a refund because the sandwich was clearly not up to standard. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, they told me they couldn’t return my money and that the only thing they could offer was store credit. I didn’t want credit—I wanted my money back for a sandwich I couldn’t eat. After arguing back and forth, they ended up taking the sandwich from me, and I left with nothing. No refund, no replacement, and no food. I walked out feeling upset, unheard, and completely let down.
But the experience didn’t stop there. I decided to give them one last chance today and ordered the BBQ chicken bowl. What a mistake. When I opened the lid, I immediately noticed a hair inside the bowl. Not only that, but the rice tasted old and stale—like it had been sitting out or refrigerated for two days and then reheated. It was dry, hard, and disgusting. It made me sick just thinking about the hygiene standards in the kitchen. At that point, I didn’t even bother asking for a refund because I already knew how they’d respond.
This location clearly doesn’t care about food quality, customer satisfaction, or basic cleanliness. Every visit has been a letdown, and I’m honestly shocked they’re allowed to operate like this. I’ve been to many Tim Hortons across the country, and this one is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I am a fan of Tim Hortons coffee and for more than 25 years I go to buy it every morning. What happened to me at this Tim Hortons branch "Drive Thru" located at Canadian Tires gas station” has never happened before. After I received my order “XL Black Coffee“ from drive-thru at 7 am... I put the coffee in the cup holder then went to Walmart (5 minutes away) for shopping ,,, when I got out of the car to smoke a cigarette I took the coffee cup and found that the coffee was leaking from the bottom of the side of the cup, and half of the cup holder was full of coffee. I poured the coffee and took the empty cup then went back to the branch and explained what happened to the supervisor who was very friendly and apologized to me and insisted on giving me another cup of coffee. I would like to thank him for his kindness and good behavior and he kept the damaged cup until he was sure that the reason was a manufacturing error and not because of one of the employees.
Oct. 8, 2025 I am writing this amendment to share my bad experience at this branch. I wrote my previous review because I got my coffee with a defective cup , despite that I rated 5 stars because the supervisor was professional & the staff were very friendly & it wasn’t their fault. Today I went again to this branch to ordered my usual daily XL Black coffee . I got in the car & while I am putting the cup in the coffee holder, the coffee started to spill from under the lid on the car buttons and the seat. I quickly wiped and dried the keys. I lifted the cup lid and found it was completely full to the edge. Read moreThis location seems less incompetent of service from staff comparing to other Tim Hortons. There is always is a mishap every time I go here. They forgot to put napkins in the bag with my breakfast sandwiches, was served hot cappuccino with spoiled sour milk that was confirmed by smell when I had my friend smell if it was off and they were mortified how bad it was and that was served very early in the morning so it seemed like the metal cup they steam the milk was probably very unclean and wasn't washed from the previous day. Or the whole bag of milk is old? Being served french vanilla with 1,1/2 inch missing from the top, when I was handed the cup it seemed lighter than usual, I asked the staff to please fill it up more she visibly rolled her eyes. It's not that hard to click the plus size button to top off hot drinks. And most recent I walked in there at 11a.m it was not busy in drive through 1-2 cars and no one else inside when I walked in, asked for a XL Regular coffee with marshmallow foam and older lady staff said she can't serve that because the foam hasn't been made yet. I told her ok I will go to the other Tim Hortons around the corner. I asked the other location how long does it take to make new batch of marshmallow foam they kind of chuckled and said 1 minute why? It is confirmed the location attached to the gas station deal with far less customers and chores not having to deal with whole lobby of tables, chairs washrooms for guests, and every time I go here it's not busy and still service is terrible.
