I ordered a stuffed crust pretzel pizza, a regular pretzel pizza, and some crazy bread. I ensured to provide detailed specifications and even called twice to confirm my order details, as well as my address and phone number. When the delivery driver arrivedâafter an extended wait at the storeâunfortunately, I received two regular pretzel pizzas instead of my order. They were also cold and not suitable for consumption.
I reached out to the store, and the employee acknowledged the mix-up and assured me that a replacement pizza would be sent. After waiting an additional hour, I contacted the store again, but my experience was disheartening. I spoke with a gentleman who was quite aggressive and claimed the replacement pizza had been left at my apartment's doorway, which I found puzzling since the buzzer system is located outside.    Read moreIt appears this location was purchased by East Indians. Was in the other day to order and overheard the new owner telling his staff not to throw out Hot n Readyâs after a half hour. They were told to keep them for a minimum of one hour in the warmers. The Caucasian staff seems to have been replaced by East Indian employees. Iâm all for diversity, but this discrimination just lost them my business. Expect to wait to Order while they play on their cellphones or jabber on in Punjabi. Your food will not be fresh, as it sits in the warmers. Canât guarantee your food will not be contaminated as they reuse pans instead of washing them after use. Your veggie pizza will be cut with slicers used on meat pizzas and vice versa. Beards with no hairnets. Hair with no hats. You can fully expect to get hair in your food. Dirty, disgusting outfit. It was questionable with the previous owners. Now I refuse to eat at any Little Caesars. We work hard for our money.    Read more5 months ago I visited here and was asked..đ¤no....pressured by the guy working to give them a five-star review as they had new owners and new employees and the quality and service was going to be 100 times better from there on out, Which I did.....as he asked.....right then and there. I'll give it that the service and food was good and actually hot that specific day. Ever since then it has been very disappointing and I have had it atleast 6 or 7 times since then. The wait time has been up to 40 minutes when I agreed to wait the 7 or 8 minutes they said it would take. Other times the pizza tasted old and not at all fresh and another time I was given the completely wrong pizzas that had been carelessly labeled wrong.
Dear owner: you can not run a business if you can not be present in the business. If you purchased this franchise and think it will run itself it will.....straight into the ground.
