I come here almost daily, when I have been ordering the simply sausage on an English Muffin it hasn’t been toasted for the past 3 days. Today when I was ordering I asked the employee if they stopped toasting that sandwich and I was met with a rude attitude and someone telling me in a sarcastic tone that they will make sure the food is up to my standards. This was upsetting as a regular customer because I see these people everyday, I’ve never had a complaint before and I was just asking a question because my last couple orders it hasn’t been toasted and I thought it should be brought up. When I got to the window I scanned my reward for a free coffee and it didn’t knock down the price because they put in an iced latte when I ordered a caramel latte and again I was greeted with a snarky tone when I said I had ordered a hot latte (as I do regularly, I have never had an iced latte), they change the order the price gets adjusted and I’m handed my order, so I check my sandwich see its toasted, I’m satisfied and the employee by the name of Natalie has the audacity to say to me “I hope it’s up to your perfect standards” this made me livid, I haven’t been difficult, I had a pretty standard order of a caramel latte, Simply Sausage on an English muffin and a blueberry muffin, so I asked why I’m being faced with a rude attitude and the employee sarcastically said again “we just hope its up to your perfect standards”. Read moreDONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! This is a horrible location. The guy at drive-thru told me that was everything I ordered when I asked...it wasn't...I went in and the order said sausage wrap with my soup...but it wasn't there... I said the drive-thru guy told me it was everything. The lady asked the sandwich maker where it was. He didn't say anything and started making it. No apology or anything, so I asked for a refund. Still no apology, just complete silence when giving refund. Loser! Then, I got home, my soup (broccoli) had hardly anything in it and it literally tasted like hot water. Awful!! Threw it out. Wasted money because people either don't care or don't understand how to do the job. Unbelievable. Oh, it's not over yet.
Then I called to ask for the owners name for reporting. The manager, was clueless and wouldn't give me the number or contact name of the owner. I WOULD LIKE THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME AND FIX THE HORRIBLE STATE YOUR RESTAURANT IS IN. How can you own a business and have this type of horrible customer service, proper food, and coherent staff. I'm amazed at how you have so many other bad reviews. I will be contacting everyone I know and continuing bad reviews daily until I hear from you. Read moreI am always getting such horrible farmers wraps from here. Today i had the courage to ask for them to cut my egg and sausage before they threw it on to the wrap.
The lady making sandwiches was upset with my request from the dirty look and annoyed manner she gave when her coworker told her.
She then I kid you not, karate chopped the egg to cut it in half, too busy to use a knife I suppose??? Then to make it worse, took a sausage and hashbrown from a previously made wrap, torn it with her hands and thew it on to the pile of whatever she though I would eat.
I definitely said I didn't want the mess she made.
This place is always rushing and not caring about service. Even when i ask for my food to be made nicely I get LLTHE EXACT OPOSITE. Places being run like this is what give tim Hortons such a bad name these days. When I was making my complaint about the wrap the employee passed it off as he seemed to busy to really listen.
