Mamma Mia pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

We ordered a pizza for delivery online, requesting a pepperoni pizza with additional toppings. After placing the order, we called the restaurant to ask if they could make half the pizza with just cheese and toppings (no pepperoni) since some of us are vegetarian. They said it wouldn’t be a problem.

When the pizza arrived, only two slices were without pepperoni—not the half-and-half split we had specifically requested. We called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake, but instead of a simple apology or solution, we were met with attitude from the person on the phone, insisting that it was half and half. We even offered to bring the pizza back as proof, and shockingly, they actually made us return to the restaurant with the incorrect pizza—despite the fact that we had ordered delivery.

Once we arrived, they did remake the pizza, but there was no real apology or even a small gesture like refunding the $5 delivery fee. We were already hungry, so we accepted the replacement, but the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was disappointing. We won’t be ordering...

Okay, I've had enough of this. 4 days ago, we ordered 4 large Pizzas and a garlic fingers. The meat pizza wasn't cooked properly, too doughy and not finished. One of the other pizza's was asked for extra mushrooms and extra sauce. They failed to do as requested and paid for. Fast forward to tonight. We tell them about the errors and ask that they pay attention to the requests of extra sauce and double mushrooms..... They again failed. There's barely a single serving of mushrooms on the pizza, and as you can see, there's bacon, but barely.... several slices had 3 pieces on them. You expect to get what you pay for, but they have failed 2 orders in a row. Now, we have an HST holiday from December 14th to February..... they aren't removing the HST either. Their prices don't reflect the proper amount removed. Guess they're pocketing some extra cash. This place used to be good pizza, but it's been taken over. Time to find another pizza place. They won't listen to orders, are shorting the toppings asked and paid for, charging too much when they're legally ordered to remove the taxes, and...

We ordered a large mamma mia special, swapping mushrooms for onions, and a poutine. I'll start with the poutine... Very bland in flavour, undercooked wet floppy fries, no seasoning, and the worst issue of all... Shredded cheese instead of cheese curd. Which is sad. The pizza on the otherhand, well it was also pretty bland, with little flavour. How do you both undercook AND overcook a pizza? Hard, chewy bottom of the crust, yet slimy undercooked mush on the toppings side. The toppings were tossed on haphazardly, resulting in a chaotic mess of uneven ingredients. The sausage was so overcooked it had gone hard. The sauce, well the sauce was also painfully inconsistent, soupy and watery in some spots (real thinly spread), thick and oddly spicy in other spots. I'm pretty dissappointed, however, mamma mia has always had this issue with consistency as long as I can remember. I think this is my last time ordering their food. I'd rather stick to the fast food cardboard greasezza that pizza pizza or Domino's provides, at least they'll be consistent.

For the price they charge, go get something with...
