The worst service ever!!! Assistant manager Chris is very condescending and unprofessional. Ordered a burger and 2 fries in the drive thru...burger was ordered with just 3 items. So when I got the bag. The fries were ice cold and the burger was not the way I ordered. Then I parked, went inside and waited at the counter where the manager looked at me holding my bag and butcher and never acknowledged me, but one of the young staggers did. She told me to go to the cashier and re order and he would void it. Then I proceeded to wait close to 10 minutes , the girl ar the counter was pleasant enough...gave me an extra fry and 2 burgers now because the kid at the counter who I "re ordered with" messed up. Get to the car, open up the burger and its wrong again and the fries are still cold! Go back in....manager sees me but still doesn't acknowledge, the same girl comes over apologized and then I ask for the manager, and he comes over like he's surprised, I tell him the situation and he says sorry, offers another burger which I say no, then a refund, and I say that doesn't even make up for the fact that as the manager he ignored the whole situation until being asked to come and rectify it. He says well sorry you feel that way, have a nice day and walks away. I said that if he paid attention more instead of staring at a screen that he could provide better customer service...and he just keeps saying have a nice day ma'am. I asked if he was an owner or manager and he said assistant and his name was Chris and have a nice day again. Very condescending and setting a poor excuse for the staff there, especially when he's the one supposedly in charge. The kids behind the counter although couldn't get simple order right at least acknowledged the error and tried to fix it. He on the other hand was completely useless and arrogant. Will never hi back to this location. Pretty sad that they have people like this guy...
Read moreMANAGER KEPT IMPLYING I WAS A LIAR!! Drive thru at 330am. Mobile order. Burger and 4 pies. It's 2 for 1.99. One pie is 1.79... Get my order, notice the little girl is wearing a mask, first time in months. Thought nothing of it. Got my order pull through. Check at lights. Only 3 pies. Hmm OK no big deal. If there were only 3 kids involved, just leave and chalk it up to bad luck. But 4 kids so need that pie. NO RECEIPT EITHER once again, don't think much about it. Go back at 333 am and say in drive thru that I only got 3 pies instead of 4. She misunderstood and said they were out of pies and closing soon.(3:33 am). I said I just ordered 2 minutes ago and I only got 3. She then said I only ordered 3!! Huh!! No my dear, I ordered 2 of the 2 for 1.99 normal price on the menu. She then said she could print out a receipt for me. Hmm, you knew you didn't give me one... I told her I was looking at the receipt from the app. She kept mumbling so I drive to the window. There the manager told me that I only ordered 3 pies. I explained the 2 orders of the 2 for $1.99. He said there must have been a glitch on the app. I showed him the receipt on the app which clearly showed i paid for 4 pies. He finally offered me a donut. He said they were not making any food and they're were only the 3 pies that i got. Also they were closing immediately and I should be happy since I got the food i paid for. I said clearly I did not get 4 pies. I said just admit that you only had 3 pies and you hoped I wouldn't notice until I got home He said my receipt in the app must be a glitch since I obviously ordered 3 pies. He then said they were closing and to have a good night and closed the window. I was in total disbelief that I was just called a liar with the clear evidence off their own app in his hand. Worst service I've ever had. Will never return and will warn others to avoid this...
Read moreI ordered a double fish filet sandwich PLAIN through the McD app with pickup at the drive through window. NO cheese …. NO tartar sauce due to food allergies/intolerance. The order showed a plain double filet sandwich on the display. The print out label said same. Drive away. When I opened it at my home, it had both cheese and tartar sauce. Drove back for refund.
Here’s the issue… fast food rarely harms people due to bacterial issues due to the constant health department surveillance programs (even though those PASS score do allow a small amount of rodent hair, etc., just enough cleaning to keep the consumer from becoming ill). The high turnover of food helps prevent spoilage from bacteria and mold. However, serving contaminated/cross contaminated food to a customer can kill them. So when a customer asks for a condiment or component such as tartar sauce to be kept out of their food, there is a reason. We’d love to have the extra flavours but we know it will at a minimum upset our digestive system and at worse, can kill us
That the employee who prepared the order is 14 years old is not an excuse, it’s an explanation of what is lacking. Train them and supervise them better. The same goes for your supervisors.
Until you do, people with food allergies and food intolerance issues cannot trust you to provide a safe place to eat despite the health department PASS sign in your window.
These comments apply not just to McDonald’s but to every restaurant that employs children and then fails to ensure they understand the human cost if they do not heed the...
