The manager was very blunt and rude. I was getting my friend, her mom and I all a drink, with one sandwich. I work at a McDonald's; and my platinum card says I can get up to 4 items in order to get my code. I simply asked my friend what size iced tea she wanted and then the manager chirps in and asked her if she worked at a McDonald's. My friend replied with a simple no. The manager then said well you can't get her something with your discount. Then why can I do that at all the other McDonald's I went to? I was paying the bill. It was my limit of 4 items. So I should've been able to get my code. On top of that, the line up was damn near out the door. Very slow. And when I look at the order screen, to see what I ordered, she even got the order that I had taken off wrong. Never going...

The cashier cleared my order before it was finished being made, probably to boost their times, which caused an error in the modifications of my order. The cashier then just dropped my bag on the counter and mumbled an order number as she turned away. I rarely stop at McDonald’s, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. And as someone who works in food service, I...

Ordered a small coffee and asked to have it in the reusable mug I brought (my mistake, McDonalds doesn't allow reusable mugs bc apparently they haven't joined the 21st century). Friendly cashier didn't know, so I was referred to the manager, Will, who was absolutely the most RUDE and DISDAINFUL employee of any restaurant I have ever come in contact with. When I asked about a phone number to contact to learn more about the policy I was barked at to "google it" and then he loomed over me while I had to transfer my coffee into my reusable mug (with my broken arm) so that I could still hold my son's hand, as if I was going to leave my garbage on their already disgusting floor. The poor cashier looked...
