McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

This is a horrible location, but I guess being the only one on town, they can afford to suck.

I live up the street from this location and there os a total of one girl who is actually worth anything at this location. The one with the dark lipstick. Anyways, I'm here a couple times a week and EVERY TIME, something is wrong with my order. Sometimes I call, sometimes I don't. They make no effort to correctthe issues.

Burgers are made wrong or fries are left out of the bag every time.

One time I actually recieved a reciept in my bag and was apalled that they charged me to add mayo to a burger! Since when is mayo so expensive that they charge .40 to add it to a quarter pounder? I can understand charging for bacon, lettuce or tomato...but mayo?? Come on. So to find out that they charged me 40c for mayo anx 2$ for bacon and then left off the mayo and put a half a slice of bacon on really rots me. This is not the only occasion.

Staff must make thousands of standard quarter pounders a week. Theu come with : katchup, mustard, pickles, onions and TWO slices of cheese. I pay to ADD mayo and bacon. I can't even count how many times it's come with only one slice of cheese. Last night they put the bacon and mayo on that I PAID EXTRA for, but left off the onions and pickles. Like seriously?!?! MAKE IT HOW YOU ALWAYS MAKE IT AND ADD BACON AND MAYO TO IT!!! How hard is that? And these workers believe they are worth more money when most of them aren't even worth what they already get. I popped into this Macdonalds tonight and asked for a large vanilla ice coffee. At this time the ice coffees are on for 1.80 for a large (part of macdonalds 1 coffee days promotion) the lady at the cash was having trouble punching it in (was coming up regular price) she proceeds to ask her manager JASON whom comes over and informs me that this store only does the small and medium and I will have to pay full price for the large. I mentioned all other macdonalds are at this price. I have never had a MANAGER be so rude to me. He informed me that the owners of this location dont care and have the right to charge whatever they like. I proceed to tell him I will take it in a medium. This manager than begins to argue with me even more no matter how many times I said I was fine with the medium. I would like to mention this is not the first time he has told me that the owners of this particular location pretty much are stealing from the local community as they are told to fill ice coffees/smoothies under the line that is on the cups. I would like to say if this JASON is a manager he needs to take some refreshing courses in customer service, hospitality and how to not be degrating to his staff. I wouldnt allow this man to manage a cemetery. Do this restaurant and the staff a favour and find someone better to manage this location. Maybe the reviews...

My expectation of McDonald's is low to begin with (sorry Ronald, I'm a wee bit jaded after years of messed up orders), but this location has hit an all-time low. The highlight first - the staff member who served me was pleasant. The rest of the experience, not so much. They have two unisex washrooms, but one was out of order. Maybe something happened earlier today and they just haven't had the emergency service call from a plumber happen yet (I hope that's the case, and not that it's been out of order for days???). The one remaining restroom was a mess. I've seen outhouses that were cleaner. Back to the lobby, it was freezing!! I like it cool, the AC in my car is almost always on, but this wasn't AC cool. This was sitting in the freezer kind of cold. Brrr. It was so cold my wife and daughter went outside to stand in the rain in an already cool day, because that was warmer than the McD's freezer we were in. The food was fine, though it appears a common item at other McD's was missing from the menu (sugar free latte). I tried to order it through the app and it was not available, and it wasn't listed in the menu board. The food was fine (though the fries were already not hot - no doubt because of the freezer kind temperature in the restaurant). At least they got the order right. That's better than...
