Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Ontario

After having not had Mucho Burrito in a while I decided to stop in. Ordered a shrimp burrito ( they were out so had to wait for fresh. Not a problem) started creating the burrito and opted to try some new quinoa on it as I love quinoa in any meal at home. After taking a few bites into the burrito and having in noticeably crunchy I asked the staff if they used raw or cooked. The guy had no idea and I asked if I could get a replacement. He said I chose what was on it so I couldn't get a replacement. If you use raw quinoa you should have that posted! Couldn't bother finishing it as it was repulsive with the crunchy quinoa. Absolutely will never waste any time or money at Mucho...

Worst experience ever, apparently the store has a policy, online orders are prepared after any in store customers are served, even if your online order was placed half an hour ago. Order was placed well in advance. While I arrived to pick up, there was no customer in the store, but my order was still not prepared. When other customers entered the store, my order was simply ignored. And no option to cancel the online order, just literally waiting in the store for almost half an hour for a 'fast food' order (followed up 3 times) and observing your order being ignored. I am eating tacos from here for lunch and they are delicious and fresh. I tried Quesada the other day and I must say that as far as freshness and taste is concerned, Mucho Burrito beats them all around where fast food Mexican is concerned. However, I am just wondering why anyone would pack tacos sideways for delivery? Surely we all know what kind of state they would show up in...it is as bad as carrying a pizza vertically. Surprisingly the tacos arrived in a semi decent state, sort of messy, but could have been worse, but wouldn't recommend packing them that way...
