Yesterday we ordered from them for Ramadan breakfast, although I called them 4 times to clarify my order and the way of food serving, they didn’t follow my instructions and food was late were my gusts waited more than 30 minutes to get the food although I asked them to prepared it 45 minutes earlier. I usually get take out from the Wharncliffe Pita Pita Plus which is always good so when I was hosting a group they directed me to Pita Pita Bakery who does their catering. Used to buy meat pie from this place! Ever since new owner from Pita Pita, the service is terrible, food is dry and old and waiting time is very long! Waited 30 mins for meat pie and the woman came back said they have no material to make meat pie when I ordered 30 mins ago bc they wanted to close the store and go home early! Very unprofessional and unpleasant people run this place now! Never going back...
