Generally stop at this location frequently as I find myself having to drive through Pembroke often. Stopped last night and was completely ignored by the lad working. He took my friend’s order and then did not acknowledge me or anything when I stepped up to the cash. I stood there waiting for a while before it became clear he was going to work on one order at a time, even though I was going to get the exact same thing as her. That is understandable enough, except when he came back to give her her food and I tried to order (we weren’t even ordering pizzas, just a couple of their sides) he told me that now they would be closing in 15-20 minutes so he wouldn’t be making anything else for the night. First of all, they use gloves when making food however they don't change gloves. A worker had been making a sandwich, and proceeded to take my order right after making the sandwich without switching gloves. The gloves had marinara sauce on them, chicken wing Grease, etc etc. And he had proceeded to hand me my change with the dirty gloves on. They then refused to give me the bathroom key by saying "there is someone in the bathroom" when me and my friends had been the only ones in there for about 45 minutes. Second, They told me AFTER I PAID that they might not have what I ordered and made me worry about what else I could get but I’m allergic to everything else, they indeed did have what I ordered. Hard to give this Pizza Pizza even one star. This was the second time I visited this location. Both times I asked for specials of a slice, drink and dip and the type of pizza offered was not available and an alternate type was offered without telling me the special would cost a dollar more for the suggested slice. It was only my keen eye on the cash register that alerted me to this. The second time I was prepared but again the slice wanted was not available and when I asked if I could have something I preferred at the same price, other than the other option, I was told this would cost me an extra dollar.
